From the present situation of China’s cities,it is found that although the state has been trying to reform the industrial proportion of each city in recent years and transform the urban development model,the industrial production still occupies a relatively large proportion in the urban production mode.With the development of the city,the waste land,which is eliminated by the information age and the development demand,is increasing,such as the waste of land,the incompatibility with the modern city,the environmental pollution and so on,which are the urgent problems to be solved urgently.As a concept to guide the development of urban space,the space transformation of industrial waste land can not only solve the problem perfectly,but also change the way people get along with the original space by refurbishing the space.At the same time,it can also give consideration to the protection of natural resources and the guidance of the original history and humanity.The key point is to respect the old industrial land and facilities,follow its own architectural texture and topography,and combine the local historical and humanistic features to think and design how to use the land space reasonably.Based on the analysis and summary of a large number of old buildings at home and abroad,based on the status and characteristics of the old buildings as a guide,the reconstruction of landscape architecture and the concept of space planning and transformation,a set of ideas for the reform of industrial waste land with strong pertinence and good applicability is designed.The concept of this method can not only solve the problems of environmental pollution,economic cost and space effect in the old building renovation,but also the direction of preserving the local humanistic environment and promoting the cultural retention of the city under the premise of the renovation of the factory building.The author has applied the scheme to the industrial waste land of the Zhengzhou white pigeon group.It can be seen that the idea of the scheme has a good applicability in the old building renovation project..
