| Rolling bearing is important basic components of machinery equipment,whose main function is to support the mechanical body of revolution.As for rolling bearing,the rotating friction torque is lower than journal bearing,deformation to the sensitivity of load is smaller than journal bearing,it also has convenient lubrication and good interchangeability,and etc.Skidding of rolling bearing leads to rising of bearing system temperature for the high-speed and light-load conditions,the thermal leads to lubrication failure and bearing failure.In this paper,we consider the skidding rate as input to study the thermal analysis of bearing,a new analysis model for evaluating bearing friction heat is set up with skidding rate,and further discuss the influence of mechanism between the skidding rate and the bearing friction heat.Firstly deduce the simple kinematics relations of rolling bearing;Secondly,discuss empirical formula of rolling bearing friction heat without skidding rate,and analyze the thermal analysis of the cylindrical roller bearing with inner ring speed and lubricant viscosity.The results show that in the satisfactory lubrication conditions,as far as possible choose low viscosity lubricant under the same temperature.From local heat generation of the bearing the skidding is introduced,the new analysis model of rolling bearing friction heat with the skidding rate has been set up;adopt the finite element software ANSYS to do numerical analysis of overall temperature field of rolling bearing;adopt Thermal EHL to analyze local temperature value for biggest load roller of contact area with inner ring raceway.The results show that with the skidding rate,inner ringspeed and lubricant oil viscosity increasing,the total frictional heat of bearing increases;Inner ring raceway frictional heat small amplitude decreases with radial internal clearance increasing,and other parts friction heat of bear basically remain unchanged;Analysis of temperature for finite element and Thermal EHL method is roughly the same,temperature not to exceed 10℃.When the rotational speed is low,the results of Palmgren’s integral heating and new bearing friction heating model is about similar,but for the high-speed conditions,empirical formula is lower,no longer suitable for friction heat.MATLAB software is used to compile friction heat software with skidding rate,under the specific conditions and bearing geometry parameters,calculated rolling bearing different contact friction heat curve and specific thermal value with skidding rate.For cylindrical bearing design the test bench of the cage rotation speed and temperature of inner ring raceway.The test data and theoretical value was about consistent,both within 5℃,established the new model of bearing friction heat with skidding is reasonable,and can be worked more reliably to predict the temperature of bearing. |
