The shock response spectrum is widely used in the field of impact resistance.It can be used to guide the anti-impact design and improve impact resistance.For the measurement of the impact spectrum in the middle and low frequency section,the zero drift phenomenon is caused by piezoelectric acceleration sensors structure.This phenomenon will affects the accuracy and completeness of the impact spectrum measurement,which is not conducive to the evaluation of the shock resistance index.This paper takes the shock spectrum measuring device as the research object.First,it introduces the current situation of the relative shock spectrum measuring device.The low frequency oscillator system could verified the medium and low frequency impulse spectrum curves which obtained by the piezoelectric accelerometer.However,the large size and impact resistance of the sensor.Introducing a new medium and low frequency impact spectrum measurement scheme,the impact measurement pendulum,which is similar as oscillator.In this flow to design them.(1)According to the working principle of two response measuring devices,the differential equations of motion are established.By the Ritz-Galerkin method to get natural frequencies.Finally,the relevant calculation parameters are set through the natural frequencies.(2)ANSYS is used to carry out the modal calculation and the transient dynamic calculation based on the given impact environment.Thus the theoretical feasibility of the two medium and low frequency impact response spectrum measurement devices is verified.(3)Solidworks and AutoCAD are used to design two devices.Through the impact test,structures are constantly improved.The alternatives of sensor and axle bush are put forward,Impact-test of low frequency oscillator and shock pendulum are carried out to verify the accuracy of theoretical calculation and simulation calculation.Through the experimental results,prove that two kinds of measuring devices can accurately measure the impact response spectrum and deduce the response relationship of the two ways.
