Research On Risk Evaluation And Management Of Decorating Enterprises

Decorating industry grows rapidly with the development of real estate industry.In recent years,construction decorating industry exhibits great potential with the high-speed rate of Chinese economy.However,the fierce competition excerbrates the inner risk,which threaten the development of the enterprises.Consequently,one of the kernal goal is reliveating or avoiding the risk.An urgent assignment confronting the decorating enterprises is how to evaluating the risk precisely and how to manage the risk comprehensively within current resources constraint.With a concrete decorating company as background,the overall risk management methods are explored by evaluating the risk faced by the company and formulating the evaluation model.This paper contains four aspects as follows:The risks of decorating enterprises are evaluated from different standpoint at home and abroad,identifying the reasons of the risk.After contrasting the materials collected,the literature reviews of relevant researches on risk of decorating enterprises are summarized.Based on the discussion of concept of risk,the decorating enterprises are categorized into several groups.Then the risk evaluation model is developed by combining the AHP and fuzzy theory.For the reality in the selected company,the risk is derived by identifying the weights of different factors and grading of the specialist,verifying the effectiveness of the proposed method.Concentrating on the how to comprehensively manage the risk confronting the enterprises and how to strategically identify,evaluate and react to these risk,three steps are strictly analyzed about overall risk.Having discussed the theory of total risk management,concrete implementation are proposed by combining the theory and reality in the company.Finally,the emphasis of carrying out the total risk management in the selected company is outlined and long term mechanism is provided.
