Research On Risk Management Of The Joint Venture Construction Project About Hexing Railway

With the development of economy and the increasing demand of people's travel,railway project,as an important basic transportation facility,has become the core factor restricting the transformation of regional economy and facilitating people's livelihood.However,government investment alone cannot meet the needs of railway construction.The emergence and development of joint venture railways provide an effective way to solve the problem of insufficient funds for railway projects.Railway construction funds can be raised through variousways,which is of great significance to railway construction and the reform of transport enterprises.Joint venture railway project has the characteristics of long construction cycle,large investment,high technical requirements,and many stakeholders,which brings great challenges to the management ability of the relevant companies.How to effectively identify and control all kinds of risks that joint venture railway project may encounter becomes the key to the successful completion and normal operation of the project.Based on the perspective of risk management,this paper made an in-depth study of the Hexing railway joint venture project,discussed the general situation of Hexing railway construction project from the aspects of construction brief introduction,construction economic evaluation etc,and analyzed the construction characteristics and risk management status of the project.The risk typesof the project were classified and valuation index system wasalso determined.Through questionnaire survey method,therisk factors were analyzed.The risk evaluation mechanism of Hexing railway construction project was constructed.Based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the weights of risks including political risk,financial risk,natural riskand other four risks were determined.The risks of Hexing railway construction project were evaluated by using the fuzzy mathematics evaluation approach and the assessment model of Hexing railway construction project.Based on the assessment results and principles of project risk managementcoping strategies,several practical suggestions and risk control strategies for core and general risks of Hexing railwayproject were given.Through the research on risk management of Hexing railway joint venture project,this paper provided theoretical basis and methodological guidance for the actual risk management of the project,helped to build and improve the risk management system of the project,and improved the management level of the project.In addition,it can provide reference for the risk management ofother similar joint venture railway projects.
