"Global warming" is the most important environmental problem in the world today.With the rapid development of urbanization,the carbon emission,the growing pressure of human settlements,and the environment keeps getting worse.Low carbon and emission reduction is the only way to deal with global warming and to promote harmonious between man and nature.In 2013,China has become the biggest carbon emissions country all over the world.Research shows that China's carbon emission has three major sources:construction,transportation and industry.Among them,the industry accounted for 43%.Industry as the main source of carbon emission in China,Looking for low carbon industry planning path becomes a problem that must be considered in the development of the city.In this paper concluded that industrial coal combustion is the main cause of carbon emission in Shenbei New Area.It is concluded that the main cause of the carbon emission in Shenbei New Area is the industrial burning coal.In this paper,we will focus on how to reduce carbon emissions by optimizing the layout of industrial space.Through the quantitative research on the carbon emissions of 136 key carbon emission factories in Shenbei New Area,and in space to analyze,optimize the industrial space layout,form the eco industrial park,and draw the specific coping strategies to increase carbon sink and reduce carbon emissions.On the increase of the exchange rate:through the analysis of the carbon sequestration rate,carbon sequestration potential and pattern benefit,from the increase of carbon sink area and increase the amount of carbon sequestration in two areas.Carbon reduction through two aspects:the leading factors and natural conditions(environmental factors)and social conditions(industrial policy to guide the development of)constraints,block simulation with GIS,and get the optimization scheme of low carbon industrial space layout.This paper is divided into 6 chapters:The first chapterFrom the global warming,the low-carbon city planning,the research background of the planning of low carbon industry,and puts forward the purpose and significance of the research topic.And the main research content of the topic is discussed,and then the formation of research ideas and technical route framework.The second chapterThrough summarizing the related theories and the domestic and foreign research research progress,review the domestic and international low carbon industry planning and the application and development of low carbon theory in the urban master plan.The third chapterBased on the calculation of the carbon footprint and carbon carrying capacity of Shenbei New Area,the safety evaluation of carbon in Shenbei New Area was carried out.And the analysis of the composition of C02 emissions,and the excessive carbon emissions from coal is too large,the proposed countermeasures.The fourth chapterShenbei coal mainly has two aspects,respectively,heating and the factory use.Here we mainly study the factory,Based on the analysis of the status of Shenbei New Area industrial system and industrial distribution,the status quo of Shenbei New Area industry is obtained.Through the establishment of a list of 136 key carbon emission plants in Shenbei New Area,we can calculate the area of carbon footprint,so as to build a low-carbon industrial system.The fifth chapterBased on the current situation of the spatial distribution of carbon sink in Shenbei New Area,we use the technology of GIS to identify the vegetation in the study area,and use the landscape model to calculate the carbon sequestration rate and carbon sequestration potential of different vegetation types,to clear the main research area.From two aspects of the construction of the security pattern and the amount of carbon sink,to enhance the composite green amount,get the spatial layout of carbon sink priorityBased on the present situation of the spatial distribution of industrial carbon resources in Shenbei New Area,using GIS,under the dual constraints of ecological conditions and social and economic conditions,the spatial layout optimization of industrial carbon sources was obtained.The sixth chapterIt is based on the fifth chapter of the optimization of the low carbon industry space layout,the specific application to Shenbei New Area,to reduce carbon planning adjustment and the adjustment of the planning and adjustment of the increase in Shenbei New Area's application practice to display.Through the above research and practice concluded:(1)Planners should focus on Collaborative Optimization of carbon source space and carbon sink space,and then achieve the goal of low carbon industry;(2)The carrying capacity of the composite carbon sink in the area should be constructed from two aspects of the security pattern and the increase of the amount of carbon sink.;(3)Low carbon industry planning mainly includes the following two aspects:the construction of low carbon industry system and the compact space layout of the industrial land.
