Sluice is an important hydraulic structure,a large number of sluices project are built in our country,which have made great contributions for water conservancy and brought significant social and economic benefit for our country.The basic policy of our national security is "safety first,prevention first,comprehensive treatment",the construction safety of sluice works has always been an important problem in the construction of water conservancy projects,with the rapid development of national economy and the improvement of living standards,higher requirements are put forward for the construction safety of sluice works.In the process of construction of sluice,the safety hidden danger is discovered in time,and corresponding measures are taken to prevent accidents,if the loss is unavoidable,it has important practical significance to take effective emergency rescue measures to reduce the harmful consequences and improve the safety management level of the project.Therefore,it is necessary to study the safety analysis method of sluice engineering construction process,which provides scientific basis for the workers and managers of the construction of sluice works.This paper conducts a study on safety analysis method of sluice engineering construction process on East side Sluice Project in Jiangsu province.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Combining the characteristics of the sluice project construction,the main factors affecting the safety of sluice construction are summarized,a safety evaluation index system of sluice project construction is built,and the index quantitative standard is proposed.(2)By using the modified operation condition hazard evaluation method,the risk of single unsafe factors in the construction of sluice works is analyzed and evaluated.(3)By using the order relation analysis method and the variation coefficient method,the two weights are combined by game theory.On the basis of sluice project construction safety evaluation index system,the weights for each factors are determined.A case-based reasoning model was established to determine the safety risk level of the construction process of sluice.The safety analysis system of sluice engineering construction process with Visual Basic is developed on the basis of object-oriented program design.A set of software with friendly,simple-to-use interface is built and it provided a feasible calculation tool for the safety analysis of the construction process of sluice engineering.(4)Artificial neural network is studied in the paper,furthermore the neural network trained by MATLAB neural network toolbox is used to establish the RBF neural network model for the safety analysis of the sluice construction,and the safety risk level of the construction process of the sluice is determined.(5)Through an example,the process and rating of safety production standardization are analyzed,and it management is indicated that the standardization management of safe production plays an important role in improving the construction safety management level of sluice.Combined with the basic theory and related concepts of the risk early warning of sluice engineering construction,a risk early warning system for the construction of sluice works is established.
