Urban waterfront parks have a variety of ecological and social service functions.They can not only regulate the microclimate,provide habitats,but also improve the urban environment,purify pollutants,and provide residents with good education,leisure,and entertainment.It is a very important ecological infrastructure in the city.The water quality of some river sections in Harbin City is seriously polluted,among which the pollution level of Majiagou River is distributed in multiple sections,and seasonal and regional water shortages are also prominent.This article through the in-depth study of the waterfront park in Harbin,focused on comprehensively improving the quality of its landscape environment,restoring the ecological environment of the water,improving water quality,and providing Harbin residents with multiple forms of experience space that can be hydrophilic,water-viewing,and swimming.Bringing people back to nature and creating an ecologically meaningful and people-oriented public space can not only improve the environmental quality of Harbin,but also provide enlightenment for the future design and planning of urban waterfront parks.The research object of this article is the “gongnong reservoir” section of Majiagou,Pingfang District,Harbin City,Heilongjiang Province,China.In the early stage,we first thoroughly understand the relevant researches on such issues at home and abroad,and then through on-site investigations and investigations,record and analysis the status quo.The data finally sums up what kind of ecological environment problems exist in the project area and what this article should focus on.After the site data is acquired,analyzed,and processed,GIS technology,expert analysis,AHP,and weighted superposition methods are used to analyze the ecological susceptibility factors affecting the region’s ecology.Analyze the ecological sensitivity of the whole park,and combine its analysis results to complete the deeper planning and design research of Harbin Shuguang Waterfront Park.The results of this study indicate:(1)Determine the ecological sensitivity evaluation index of Harbin Shuguang Waterfront Park through the Delphi expert evaluation method.The sensitivity single factors are elevation,aspect,and water area.Then,the sensitivity of each index is graded.Assignment.(2)The GIS spatial analysis method and the GIS buffer analysis method are used to obtain the evaluation results of the three ecologically sensitive single factors such as elevation,aspect,and water area,thereby clarifying the details of each sensitivity level distribution of each factor.Using the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of the three ecological sensitivity factors,a comprehensive evaluation of the ecological sensitivity of the Shuguang Waterfront Park was finally achieved through GIS overlay analysis technology.The results showed that the areas of Shuguang Waterfront Park were extremely sensitive,highly sensitive,moderately sensitive,slightly sensitive,and insensitive,accounting for 0.54%,11.33%,37.47%,29.06%,and 10.8% of the total area of the park respectively.Therefore,the ecological sensitivity of this waterfront park is relatively moderate,mainly showing moderate sensitivity.(3)Integrate the comprehensive results of the ecological sensitivity of the study area with the current development direction of the urban waterfront park,and plan and design Harbin Shuguang Waterfront Park.The park is divided into six functional zones: the core landscape area,the ecological protection zone,the special recreation zone,the development experience zone,the quiet health zone,and the waterfront recreation zone.The park is planned for the road system and the layout of landscape nodes is planned in the entire waterfront park.A total of more than 20 landscape nodes were designed and planned by the Chinese Communist Party.(4)Pick out the main nodes highlighting the characteristics of the waterfront park among the numerous nodes,and carry out detailed design and analysis of the six landscape nodes,including the ecological revetment nodes,hydrophilic leisure plaza nodes,and micro-watersheds on the waterfront ecological ring.Terrain nodes,cultural and living belts of the Dry Creek Avenue node,the Central Landscape Avenue node,and the Science Museum node,and draw detailed plans and renderings.In the end,the planning and analysis of the whole park designed three special designs of vertical design,plant configuration and facility sketches,and plotted vertical maps,plant landscape types,and land use balance tables.In the current assessment of the regional ecological environment and its scientific and rational ecological function zoning in the future,the assessment of ecological sensitivity is a very important means and a very effective method.Through the evaluation of the ecological sensitivity of the waterfront park,the distribution of sensitive levels of various sensitive factors in the waterfront park can be clearly defined.Based on this,scientific and accurate assessments can be made to analyze the potential ecological and environmental problems that may exist in the natural environment.The specific planning and design have been effectively resolved.Ecological planning based on ecological sensitivity analysis provides a more scientific and powerful theoretical basis for the ecological construction of urban waterfront parks.
