When reinforcing the existing bridge foundation,Generally, there are plans for adding cast-in-place piles or precast piles. But the "passive reinforcement" method of cast-in-place pile can not meet the need of the reinforcement of all existing bridge foundations. In this paper, the experimental study of active reinforcement with static reinforcing steel tube piles applied to reinforce the existing bridge pile foundation was carried out systematically. The main research results are as follows:1?This paper systematically summarizes the common diseases and conventional reinforcement methods of bridge pile foundation, and introduces the reinforcement method with static pressuring steel tube piles, and analyzes the domestic and foreign research results of the reinforcement method.2?On the basis of analyzing the current pile foundation standard, the bridge pile foundation standard and the existing research results,a set of static pressuring steel tube pile is summed up the design method of the existing bridge pile foundation.3?Based on the theoretical calculation and test method, the key techniques in the reinforcement construction, such as the force of the weak cross section of the structure, the squeezing of the existing pile foundation, the stability of the locking force and so on,are studied in the construction process.4?A set of methods for evaluating the effect of static pressuring steel tube piles is put forward, and the reinforcement effect is evaluated. The above results of the study can provide guidance and assistance for static pressuring steel tube piles to reinforce the existing bridge pile foundations.
