With the rapid development of China's economy and technology,China's power industry has also been constantly innovating,especially in the development of electric meter technology.The application of electric meter in China's electric po wer industry has basically completed the transformation from the inductive traditional mechanical meter to the more automatic intelligent meter.At present,the production mode of China's smart meter is still based on the traditional labor intensive production mode,the degree of automation is not high,the production efficiency is low,the problem of high failure rate restricts the development of the enterprise.Therefore,the enterprise urgently needs more advanced production mode and production technology to change the present production situation and help the enterprise.Improve the manufacturing efficiency and save the cost of production.At present,all the major manufacturing enterprises in China are actively developing the non stock production,according to the timely production enterprise management model,which has higher requirements for the automation and flexibility of the production line.In order to meet the requirements of multi specification and batch production in the new situation,it is particularly important to establish an automatic production line for smart meters.In this paper,the background and significance of the research are put forward first.According to the optimization balance problem of automatic production line,several optimization algorithms are proposed,including accurate algorithm,heuristic algorithm and artificial intelligence algorithm.According to the characteristics of the smart meter production line,this paper chooses genetic algorithm to optimize the automatic production line of the smart meter.In order to improve the automation of the intelligent meter production line studied in this paper,according to the production process and process of the existing intelligent meter,a new intelligent electric meter automatic production line is designed by the modular design method.The genetic algorithm is used to establish the approximate model of the key parameters of the automatic production line of the intelligent electric meter.The production line is optimized,the equipment utilization rate is optimized and the production balance is optimized.The results are verified by the digital chemical plant simulation software DELMIA,and the results are based on the verification results.It can be concluded that genetic algorithm is effective in optimizing the automatic production line of the smart meter.The DELMIA software is used to optimize the path and interference analysis of the industrial robot in the automatic production line of the intelligent meter.Finally,the ergonomics analysis is carried out on the production line.Finally,the optimal design scheme and the production plan of the intelligent meter automation production line are obtained.
