At present,China is in the critical period of realizing the Chinese dream and strengthening the construction of the Belt and Road.The national economy is in a new normal state of steady development.The construction industry tends to diversify,major construction projects are the product of its development,and the structure of major construction projects is complex.,Long construction period,high technical and technical requirements,and three-dimensional crossover operations,these characteristics determine that major construction projects can cause serious personnel damage and economic losses,but scientific and reasonable assessment of major construction project emergency response capabilities found Problems in the emergency management process,timely improvement of weak points in emergency response,and effective avoidance of major accidents.This article first analyzes the status quo of domestic and international construction engineering emergency capabilities,and at the same time summarizes the major construction project accidents under the premise of analyzing the characteristics of major construction project accidents,and determine the major construction project emergency response capacity according to the stage of the accident.Assess key content.Then,on the basis of the above,an evaluation index system for major construction project emergency response capabilities was constructed,and the comprehensive weight of each indicator was determined using the analytic hierarchy process.Finally,after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of multiple risk assessment models,and combining the major construction project assessments with the ability to be a non-linear model,an emergency capability assessment model combining analytic hierarchy process and RBFNN(Rapid Basis Function)artificial neural network was established.The radial basis function artificial neural network integrates the advantages of biological neural networks.It is an efficient feedforward neural network.The model has a simple structure and the training speed is the most important.It is possible to approximate arbitrary nonlinear functions with arbitrary precision with high degree of parallelism.Sex,with strong nonlinear fitting ability.The advantages of the abovementioned BF artificial neural network have provided new methods and ideas for the assessment of emergency response capability of major construction projects,making the assessment of data processing more rapid and scientific.Through MATLAB simulation results,it is confirmed that the method can accurately assess the emergency response capability of major construction projects.Provide strong technical support for enterprise emergency management and government safety supervision.
