The Research On Community Public Space Renewal Strategy Based On The Theory Of Child Friendly City

Basing on systematically study of the development and connotation of CFC,this paper point out that the establishment of CFC should pay attention to healthy sanitation facilities and basic social services facilities,safe streets,playground,natural space and pollution-free environment in spatial level.By sorting out the definitions and goals of child-friendly communities in various countries,and summarizing the guidelines for child-friendly community space construction,this paper point out that the construction of child-friendly communities should focus on the four aspects:playground,play facilities,access space and infrastructure.It is put forward that playground construction and street safety are the focus of current child-friendly city construction and the community is an important spatial hierarchy after analyzing questionnaires of Changsha and Yueyang.Then 84 communities surveyed in Changsha are divided into single-type communities(single living functions)and comprehensive communities(equipped with enterprises and institutions other than primary and secondary schools)according to whether the community has a mixed function.Analyzing the spatial patterns of its constituents residential area,the paper point out that there are two types of spatial patterns,one has obvious central green spaces(starting after 1990 and common after 2000)and one has no obvious central green space(mostly built before 1990).Communities formed by residential areas built before 2010 are most urgently facing renewal problems.Then the Fengquan Gujing community and Yingcaiyuan community of Changsha are selected respectively as representative of the single-type community community and comprehensive community.Their playground conditions are investigated from four aspects of game space,game facilities,access space,and infrastructure.It points out that the current community has problems such as poor openness of playground,single game facilities,poor continuity of walking system,and lack of sharing of public infrastructures.At last,paper put forward the following strategies:one is improve the road safety by "traffic control + space update";second is construction of playground should combine point(indoor and outdoor playground),line(street space)with space(community garden).Third is complex function of game facilities.It is put forward that we should pay attention to the training of game promoters in current situation,they play an important role in maintaining the vitality of space.In the field of practice,the article systematically combs related study of community renewal,and points out that the value orientation of community renewal at home and abroad is shifted from simple material space to human needs and community neighbourhood relations.In the renewal mode,it mai nly adopts multi-party participation.In the operation management,we should combine “commercialization” with“ inclusive”,use the "commercialization” way to maintain the survival of non-government organization,and open the public space to the children free of charge.Taking children as the bond to promote the community-based communication and interaction,and to reshape the neighborhood relations.Finally,the multi-governing and the friendly children of the community are realized.
