Under the environment of energy-saving and emission reduction in our country,as the large-scale energy utilization and pollutant discharge,the power industry has become the key to realize the national energy-saving emission reduction target.As a market regulation means,the transaction of power generation rights can effectively promote the transfer of some or all of the planned electricity from small thermal power units with high generation costs and large discharges to large units or clean energy sources with low generation costs and small discharges to achieve energy saving and emission reduction.In order to achieve the country's goal of emission reduction and ensure the security and economy of power generation transactions,this paper establishes a multi-objective optimization model of power generation transaction considering the comprehensive optimization of load margin and generator output cost under carbon emission constraints.The dual-interior-point method is used to solve the single objective optimization problem of the maximum model of load margin and the minimum model of generator output cost.Then,convert double objectives into single objective problem by using the Normal Boundary Intersection method.The IEEE30 and IEEE118 node systems verify the correctness and validity of the above model.Finally,the concept of displacement index is introduced and the derivation method of displacement index is given.The replacement index between generator output cost and load margin is taken as the decision maker to select the Pareto optimal solution decision-making quantity,to provide decision basis for operators and to choose the best trading plan.The experimental results show that the proposed model not only can effectively guide the power generation rights trading,but also ensures that the system satisfies the national emission reduction requirements and pursues the economic and security of the transaction.
