The technology that solves the tunnel personnel safety problem still belongs to the blank field in the country,especially the personnel's positioning problem in the tunnel construction is the most important issue.Electronic radio frequency card(RFID)is adopted in some tunnel to simple positioning of construction personnel,but this method is a way of check on work attendance record,and it can't real-time tracking personnel inside the tunnel effectively.It can't determine the location of the victims accurately,and a lot of inconvenience come out after the accident.This paper proposes a new generation of short distance communication Zig Bee technology to solve the problem of tunnel personnel positioning.The hardware control platform Pinguino is used in this paper,and the comparison and analysis of the microprocessor are carried out to make the positioning effect more obvious in the tunnel.The positioning method used in this paper(based on RSSI value localization method)can improve the positioning accuracy in the closed multi-path scattering environment.We carry on the concrete analysis of the key algorithm(MRF24J40MA module function library)and connect the software and hardware.This paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the accuracy of the system from the angle of algorithm.This system designs and improves the hardware and software based on Zig Bee hardware,making the system more suitable for tunnel environment.System acquires the position information of the personnel in the tunnel by using the Zig Bee hardware and transfers information of the tunnel through the Ethernet.And it carries out the final show in front of the tunnel.The data server saves the processing information.The conductor can accurately obtain the location information and action trajectory of the personnel in the tunnel.And the system improves the ability to command and control the site.When the accident happened,the rescue personnel can bring up the last saved data before the accident,narrow the scope of search and rescue,formulate effective search and rescue measures,and improve the efficiency of search and rescue.The system has important practical significance to improve the safety management of tunnel construction.
