| With the rapid construction of rail lines,rail transit network had been preliminary formation in the center areas of most large cities and mega cities.In the future,the new rail lines will be located in the suburbs.Take Beijing as an example,most of those kind of rail lines are located between the 4th and 5th ring roads,and the distance between stations is generally longer than 2km.The sample survey results of the urban rail transit connection method show that the highest proportion is the pedestrian connection method(37.7%).As the last one kilometer of the rail transit,the transfer facilities of most rail transit stations in the central city are relatively complete,convenient for bicycles and walking people.But there are still a variety of problems in the surround area and transfer facilities of suburban rail transit stations,which serious influence on passengers transfer behaviors.Based on the investigation of the status quo of orbital sites around Beijing’s urban suburbs,this dissertation attempts to analyze three different aspects,the attract scope,regional land use analysis,and traffic connecting demand around mass transit stations.Quantitative analysis are proposed and recommendations be put forward to improve current suburban stations.Three levels strategies in planning,construction and management are suggested to improve the environment slow traffic,to promote the coordinated development of rail transit and urban slow traffic systems.Firstly,the key word suburb transit station was defined in this dissertation..Secondly,the relevant regulations was carding,by comparing the functions of different locations and sites around the stations,to determining the site’s walking attraction range;based on this,the survey of typical suburban orbit transit stations is conducted.Analyze and propose the new site’s attraction distance for walking groups,and provide basis for the follow-up facility convergence planning.Third,determine the conventional convergence facility planning method based on the existing transfer facility existing at the orbital site,and provide the follow-up example analysis.Based on this,based on the TOD planning concept,a future planning goal suitable for the development of the site area is proposed,a multi-objective planning model under the TOD concept is established,and a quantitative analysis model of the development strength of the different land use properties near the site is proposed;4.Multivariate stepwise regression analysis of traffic flows and surrounding land use-related variables at different sites in the same region of the current situation to verify the correlation between the passenger flow(dependent variable)and each land use factor(independent variable),and to propose a mixture of site traffic and surrounding land use Degree of commercial development intensity Analyze the model;Finally,select an instance site and try to predict the site passenger flow based on the various land use factors within the range of the site’s walking attraction.Calculate the required scale of the traffic connection facilities based on the importance of the passenger transfer to the current facilities.Satisfaction analysis of the results,from the perspective of management and scale of the layout of the site to provide suggestions for improvement of the current facilities.Through the case,we confirmed the practicality of the quantified analysis model proposed earlier. |
