In recent years,China has gradually formed a rail transit network with rail transfer station as the node of the network, and has been developing continuously. As a result, the passenger flow in the transfer station has increased dramatically. However, the total scale of the network is certain.Under these conditions, the unreasonable transfer planning and operation management organization lead to the low level of transfer service,so the transfer and connection between lines become the main bottleneck of urban rail transit, which directly affects the overall operation efficiency of the network and leads to the low level of the overall service of the network. Therefore,it is of great significance to select reasonable evaluation indicators and study the service level of transfer facilities in rail transit transfer stations, for improving the capacity of rail transit transfer stations and the operation and management of rail transit.Firstly, this paper introduces the characteristics and functions of urban rail transit transfer station, and then analyses the characteristics of passenger traffic flow inside the transfer station.Secondly,it introduces the characteristics and capacity of transfer facilities in transfer stations, and analyses the influencing factors of service level of transfer facilities,so as to establish an evaluation system of service level of transfer facilities. From the perspective of passenger perception, according to the service level classification in TCQSM(II),the service level of transfer facilities is divided into five levels: A,B,C,D and E,and the five service level levels are described in different levels.Based on the characteristics of passenger traffic flow at transfer stations, taking passenger density, passenger speed and passenger flow rate as the main indicators, and from the perspective of convenience, safety and comfort, through SPSS curve fitting method, the service level demarcation values of five grades of transfer passage, staircase and escalator are proposed.Taking passenger speed, passenger flow density and per capita occupied space of platform and hall as the main evaluation indexes, the service level classification standards of platform, hall walking area and waiting area are formulated. Finally, the weighted method is used to get the overall service level of each transfer facility. On the basis of the previous research, this paper establishes the evaluation model of the overall service level of transfer facilities based on the unbalanced direction of passenger flow.Taking Guangjin Road Station of Suzhou Metro as the research object, the characteristics of its internal transfer facilities, passenger flow and traffic flow during morning and evening rush hours are obtained through on-site investigation and video recording.Through comparison,it is concluded that the passenger flow in early peak period of Guangjin Road Station is larger than that in late peak period,so taking the passenger flow data in early peak period as the research object, the service level of transfer facilities in Guangjin Road Station is evaluated and analyzed, and then the evaluation model is established to calculate that the overall service level of transfer facilities in Guangjin Road Station in early peak period is in grade C water.Ping.Finally,according to the peak passenger flow rate at each transfer facility, the actual capacity of transfer passages, stairs and escalators in Guangjin Road Station is calculated and compared with the corresponding design values in relevant codes.
