Research On The Architecture Design Of The Spatial Cooperation Of The Block-type Commercial Complex

This paper is a study aimed at the architecture design of the spatial cooperation of the Block-type Commercial Complex.In our country,the economic and social development has promoted the flourishing development of the Commercial Complex,and the urban development has also promoted the rise of the Block-type Commercial Complex in China.Although the total amount of commercial complex in China is increasing,the space vacancy rate of the Commercial Complex is also rising.From the perspective of practical use,there are some problems such as poor spatial accessibility and low utilization rate,and there is a lack of interaction between spaces.These problems not only reduces the overall spatial value,but also affects users’ experience and feelings.Block-type Commercial Complex is a new direction for the development of the Commercial Complex,although it’s development history in China is relatively short,there have been some actual cases completed.But it has not yet formed a system theory,especially lack of comprehensive understanding on how to maximize spatial cooperation of the Block-type Commercial Complex.Therefore,the architecture design of the spatial cooperation of the Block-type Commercial Complex needs to be studied urgently.The first chapter discusses what to study,why and how to study combined with the existing research results at home and abroad,and paves the way for the following research.The second chapter briefly reviews the development of the Commercial Complex,expounds the characteristics and types of the Commercial Complex,and the existing problems of the development of the Commercial Complex.Secondly,the background and construction status of the Block-type Commercial Complex are expounded,and the Block-type Commercial Complex and the centralized commercial complex are compared and analyzed.Then,author made a typological analysis of the spatial system of the Block-type Commercial Complex,and discussed the spatial composition,spatial organization and contact mode of the Block-type Commercial Complex,which laid the foundation for the research of spatial cooperation.Finally,the space cooperation perspective is introduced,and the theoretical basis,space value and the design goal of space cooperation are discussed.It provides a theoretical basis for the case study and analysis below.The third chapter of the paper,based on extensive research,selects the key research cases according to the conditions.This chapter carrys out on-the-spot investigation and studys a comprehensive in-depth analysis on the case.On the one hand,this chapter researches the spatial structure type and organization contact mode by data collection,measurement and graphic expression.On the other hand,the flow of user space and activity distribution of the people are studied by counting method and snapshot recording method.Then,author analyzes and compares the data of different cases with Excel statistical software,and finally gets the spatial cooperation elements of the Block-type Commercial Complex.The fourth chapter,on the basis of the two and three chapter,puts forward the architecture design strategy of the spatial cooperative of the Block-type Commercial Complex.The strategy is divided into two levels.The first level is the external collaborative design strategy of the Block-type Commercial Complex space and urban space,and the second level is the design strategy of the Block-type Commercial Complex space collaborative.The fifth chapter summarizes the conclusions of this paper,and puts forward the prospect of the thesis.The conclusion of the study includes: 1,The background and its own characteristics of the Block-type Commercial Complex;2,The space structure and organization contact of the Block-type Commercial Complex;3,The space value of the Block-type Commercial Complex;4,The spatial cooperation elements of the Block-type Commercial Complex;5,The architecture design strategy of the spatial cooperative of the Block-type Commercial Complex.
