Research On Functional Co-design Strategy Of Block Type Residential And Commercial Complex

In the face of the current urban land resource contraction and urban space fragmentation,the block-type commercial and residential complex will mix residential and commercial functions,which can improve the efficiency of land use and people’s living efficiency.The space organization form of block style improves the sense of experience of space and conforms to the current consumption culture.However,it is not easy to make the residential and commercial functions coexist harmoniously in the same complex,let alone in a more complex form of spatial organization,if the relationship between commercial and residential functions is not properly handled,it may even appear commercial disturbance,space decay and other undesirable phenomena.Therefore,this paper focuses on the coordination between residential and commercial functions of the block-style commercial and residential complex,and explores the design strategy for the coordinated development of the two functions.The specific research process can be divided into the following four parts:In the first part of this paper,the development background,characteristics and attributes of the block-style residential and commercial complex are sorted out to establish a preliminary cognition of the block-style residential and commercial complex.This paper introduces the methodology of synergetics and discusses the interdisciplinary application of synergetics in complex research.In the second part of this paper,the system view of block-style residential and commercial complex is established by using the concept of system in sysynetics.The block-style residential and commercial complex is divided into residential system and commercial system,and the sysynetics of function allocation,activity space allocation,traffic flow organization and place atmosphere creation are proposed.In the third part of this paper,the relevant typical cases are investigated and analyzed to understand the functional coordination operation of the cases that have been built and put into use.The system coordination elements summarized above are used to conduct corresponding analysis on the research objects and sort out the research and analysis report.The fourth part of this paper puts forward the strategy of functional co-design of block type residential and commercial complex.Through the theoretical discussion in the second part and the actual situation analysis in the third part,four design strategies of function configuration,activity space configuration,traffic streamline organization and place atmosphere construction are extracted.It is hoped that the proposed strategies can serve as a reference for the construction of related projects.
