The Strategy And Application Of Three-dimensional Spatial Organiza Tion Of Large-scale Commercial Complex

With the rapid development of cities, consumers’demand is constantly increasing. The pattern of consuming has changed, therefore, business diversity and enjoyment play a more vital role nowadays. Such change results in the revolution of commercial real estate-Large-Scale Urban Complex (LSUC). The design of LSUC is not only limited in pure plane design or spatial design, but also the consideration of cozy commercial space, proper and high-efficient shopping flow and more importantly the business planning in the early stage.This article starts from the development trend of LSUC to research the’Design Methodology of Three-dimensional Space’on two aspects:business design and architecture design. That is, on one hand, it begins with the main factors affect LSUC to analyze and summary proper strategy of three-dimensional spatial design and organizing; on the other hand, it analyzes the overall business situation of planned plots of actual projects, and then make proper business plan and design considering the commercial three-dimensional spatial organizational design and strategy to guide and plan the design execution of projects.On architecture design, the’three-dimensional spatial organization" of LSUC is divided into commercial space organization and three-dimensional traffic flow organization. Commercial space organization is composed of consuming space organization and non-consuming space organization, while traffic flow organization includes the organization of external and internal traffic flows and also the organization of internal traffic flows within single units of LSUC. Beyond the analysis and research of the ’three-dimensional spatial organization’, this article also theorizes the utilization of three-dimensional spatial organization in LSUC, including the design of both commercial space organization and three-dimensional traffic flow organization.On business design, the author also researched actual projects to analyze the environment and facts and visitor flow rate of project business district. Based on proper business planning and design, the author applied the design methodology for LSUC raised from architecture design specifically on the practice of’LSUC Project of No.1Street’.The research on the spatial organization of three-dimensional design in this article can be categorized as applied research-which follows the basic pattern of from theoretical analysis to practical verification; starts from the influence of the three-dimensional spatial organization of LSUC on the entire architectural complex; from internal to external, and then back to internal, meaning to summary the spatial organization of the internal and external of LSUC and apply to practical project and finally verify the feasibility of the above strategy in actual projects.
