Research On The Construction Of Regional Style And Features Based On Tourism Development Goals

With the development of tourism,people's demand for tourism has changed from sightseeing tourism to interactive experiential travel.The ancient villages and historical blocks with the regional features and culture as the main selling points are also more and more popular.Under such market demand,the regional feature tourism block,which not only has the characteristics of the traditional block,but also needs to meet the functional requirements,has become a hot spot in the current tourism commercial development and construction.In recent years,the construction or transformation of these blocks has become popular in various cities and tourist attractions,and most of the projects only build a series of antique buildings' shells,which not only lack geographical features,but also lack the logic of space construction.On the one hand,it is difficult for tourists to experience the beauty of regional style.On the other hand,it misleads tourists' cognition of local history and culture.Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the regional style and the requirement of tourists' experience,the article hopes to get the regional elements of tourism development goals.Through the analysis of cases and data extraction,the reasonable control scope of these factors is obtained,which is the design idea and basis for new district style tourist block.This not only creates the traditional features of the regional features,but also creates a vibrant commercial and cultural space to meet the consumption demand of the contemporary tourism market.Finally,the results of the analysis will be applied to the planning and design of Yu County East Water Castle holiday resort.The paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter briefly describes the research background,significance,object,method,framework and related research status;the second chapter,through the analysis of the theoretical basis of regional style and appearance,from the two aspects of material space and spiritual culture,points out the factors that affect people's perception of regional features.In the third chapter,from the perspective of tourism,starting from the demand of tourism market,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of regional tourist district,and expounds that the essence of regional style construction is the spatial production of heterogeneous landscapes,and further clarifies the selection direction of elements of regional style.The fourth chapter,from the perspective of tourism development,puts forward seven factors that affect the composition of regional style and features,and takes the successful tourism ancient towns and blocks as a case,which compares these elements in the case and obtains the reasonable control range of each element,providing a basis for the regional style and features of the tourist Street area.The fifth chapter mainly analyzes the present situation of regional style and features in Yu County of Hebei,and combines the results of the previous chapters as the design basis,and applies the elements of regional features to the design of Yu County's East Water Castle holiday resort.Finally,the conclusion is drawn.The article tries to think from the theory,case analysis,the extraction and quantification of the elements,and the systematic thinking of the design practice.At the same time,we try to restore the unique regional features of Yu County as far as possible in the design of the tourist blocks which meet the demand of the market.It is hoped that this will provide some reference for Yu County and its surrounding areas and even the whole nation at present.
