Research On Regional Style Designing Of Tourist Hotel In Soutnwest Mountain

Since the western development,in China's southwestern mountainous areas, tourism as a new economic output rising pillar industry have vigorously develop. Tourism is the main way to change the southwest region rich in natural resources and cultural landscape resources into direct economic income to help the poor in remote mountain to get out of poverty.Tourist hotels as a major tourism supporting hardware facilities, the level of the construction and operation are direct impacts on the development of southwestern mountain tourism.In this paper, the importance of regional style design was illustrated based on the analysis of the current state and problems existed in the tourist hotel construction of Southwest Mountainous Tourist Region. And the regional style design method was explored based on the three theories of integrated interior decoration, regionalism, and scene theory. Founded on the specific study of the cultural character of the Southwest Mountainous Region, and based on the analysis of excellent national and international examples, the traditional architecture and the traditional furniture, the hotel architecture and space design was concluded to make up the regional style design system of Southwest Mountainous Tourist Region and put the theory into practice. The main study fruits are listed below:(1) The hotel architecture design method based on the physical geographical trait, which is specialized by"adjust measures to local conditions, in accordance with the terrain", and the main distribution mode include: layout along the contour, disperse dot, concentration position, integrated arrangement and mixed distribution, various mode be adopted to adapt to the mountain terrain, like surface meeting, mixed layer, suspension, layered to reach the harmony between the architecture and train, like the architecture being grown out form the mountain. In addition, due to the complexity of the Southwest Mountainous Region, the architecture should accommodate to the small climate of the local site, and the appropriate building design approach should be adopted to gain benefit form the local resources like the hot spring and the snow water to adjust the room temperature and save the energy.(2) The regional cultural-oriented architecture design method. Mountainous and diverse in nationality are the most marked regional trait of this area, the rich local culture is the unexhausted source to its tourist development. Among the main seven methods are the "Culture-Environment Originality","Integrated Space Mode Simulation of the citizen","Ethical Architecture Mode Simulation","Local Material and Technique Employment","Region Accent through Detail Decoration","Reuse of the local cultural relic","Critical Rethinking of Regionalism Design", etc. Great innovation of regional style will be a reality if all of these methods are integrated in the design smartly.(3) Hotel Exterior Space Design Method. Yard is the most distinctive exterior space in the traditional Chinese architecture, its design should take advantage of the terrain and surface, and reserve its environment trait, and should also integrate with the local custom, in order to reflect the distinctive sight of local place like the sculpture and the kiosk, and to display the regional culture style.(4) the Hotel Building Medium Space Design Method. The design of extrusion corridor should pay attention to the control and extension of space to break the monotony of the corridor space, emphasize the light shadow effect in walking, and flexibly integrated with the terrain to display the special effect; as for the main hall, various architecture medal should be created due to the small limit of its function, in order to display the light/shadow effect and the artificial aspect, and combine with the green decoration to emphasize the aesthetic feeling of the plant.(5) Design methods of interior space on hotel buildings. First we should determine its design theme, and embody the local culture in interiorspace .It is one of the most intuitive ways to use the traditional decorative patterns in the furniture and interior design, in addition we should also create its own regional style of indoor furniture, or apply the southwestern region folkways , religion and culture, the Chinese art of calligraphy, indoor furnishing which is rich in regional characteristics. The continuation of the natural style will not only beauty the environment, but also reflect the geographic artistic conception in southwest scenery area .
