With the continuous development of cities,traffic congestion is increasingly serious.In order to improve public transport problems,multi mode urban rail transit system is developing vigorously besides traditional road traffic.Automated Passenger Mover(APM)system is an emerging typical model of urban rail transit.APM,as a new type of urban rail transit system,is widely used in airport,amusement park,central business district and small and medium traffic city for its characteristics of full automatic pilotless,low cost,comfortable ride,small turning radius and low noise.Domestic research on APM vehicles still at an early and exploratory stage,so this paper focuses on its dynamic performance analysis and system parameter optimization.this has been systematically studied around the standard.The main contents of the study are as follows:1)Based on the investigation of typical APM vehicle structure in foreign countries and APM vehicle structure and operation in Zhujiang New Town of Guangzhou,the bogie structure and traveling mechanism of APM are analyzed and the 3D model of bogie is established.2)Through vehicle system analysis,a topological relationship model of the vehicle dynamics is created.Based on the dynamics parameters of the APM vehicle bogie and the parameters of the rail beam alignment,the dynamic simulation analysis model of the APM vehicle is established by the principle of multi-body dynamics.3)In reference to the establishment of dynamic performance evaluation index of related vehicles,combined with the structure characteristics of APM vehicles,the dynamic performance evaluation methods and indexes suitable for APM vehicles are proposed.Accordingly,the curve passability,running stability and Stationarity of APM vehicles are analyzed and evaluated.4)Based on the genetic algorithm theory,the main parameters of the APM vehicle system dynamics are analyzed by the sensitivity analysis method,and the significant parameters have been selected for the APM vehicle curve passing performance.Under the premise of ensuring the stability and comfort of the APM vehicle,taking the significant parameters as the design variable to improve the vehicle curve passing ability,the multi objective optimization and the multi-body dynamic analysis are combined to optimize the dynamic performance of the APM vehicle and the matching optimization parameters are obtained.
