At present,traffic congestion in large and medium-sized cities is becoming increasingly serious in our country.In order to improve public transport,apart from the traditional ground road traffic,multi-standard urban rail transit systems are being vigorously developed.Suspended monorail traffic as a typical system of urban rail transit,which is being promoted and applied because of its advantages such as simple construction,low construction cost,short construction period,small ground traffic disturbance,strong climbing ability and curve passing ability,low noise,comfortable ride,and wide vision.The suspended monorail system in China is still at the stage of research and exploration.In this thesis,the suspended vehicle system is studied systematically.The main research work and achievements are as follows:(1)Referring to the typical suspension monorail vehicle structure in foreign countries,the main technical parameters of the suspended monorail vehicle are determined,and the three dimensional modeling of the suspended monorail vehicle bogies based on the technical parameters are established.The train formation type,bogie structure and running mechanism of suspended monorail vehicle is analyzed.(2)The structure of the suspended monorail vehicle is reasonably assumed and simplified,and the topology model,the vehicle spatial dynamics model and the simulation model based on the multi-body dynamics is established.(3)Referring to the establishment method of related vehicle dynamic performance evaluation indicators and combining with the structure characteristics of suspended monorail vehicle,several dynamic performance evaluation indicators for suspended monorail vehicle is put forward.The dynamic performance of the suspended monorail vehicle is analyzed according to the dynamic performance evaluation indicator.(4)The sensitivity of the orthogonal test is used to analyze the system dynamics parameters of the suspended monorail vehicle,and the influence on the dynamic performance of the suspended monorail vehicle(guide torque,roll angle of the body side,and maximum lateral acceleration of the vehicle body)is screened out.The sensitivity analysis function of multi-objective optimization design software modeFRONTIE is applied to test the results of the analysis.(5)Using multi-objective optimization design software modeFRONTIER and multi-body dynamic analysis software ADAMS,the dynamic performance of the suspension monorail vehicle is optimized,the dynamic optimization matching parameters are obtained,and the effectiveness and feasibility of the optimization results are verified.
