Nowadays,various industries pay more attention to the construction and reconstruction of green,energy-saving and environment-friendly industries.Due to noise,dust,waste gas and other environmental protection,the traditional asphalt mixing station is generally far away from the city.But this does not fundamentally solve the problem,and asphalt mixture long distance transportation,wasting a lot of time,manpower and financial resources.Therefore,in order to save resources and protect the environment,we can choose suitable addresses in the city or surrounding areas,solve the environmental problems of traditional mixing stations,and build environmental protection regeneration factories.Based on the analysis of the pollution of the traditional asphalt mixing station and the pollution equipment,it is analyzed from the two aspects of environmental protection and technology and economy,and the possible improvement process and equipment are found.Then the work principle and process flow of environmental regeneration plant are studied,and the structure of the main processing equipment of the regenerated plant is restudied and optimized,and the high position arrangement of the new material dryer is put forward.In order to verify whether the main building structure is still safe and reliable after the new material drying cylinder is placed at high position.On the basis of the detailed analysis of the main building frame,the statics analysis is carried out on the finite element analysis model of the frame structure,and the stress distribution law of the main building and the deformation of the main building in the main building are obtained under different working conditions.Finally,the stiffness and strength of the main building are verified to meet the engineering conditions.The modal analysis of the main building structure is completed,and the first ten order modal analysis results are obtained.The results show that the main building structure meets the low-level vibration of the high-rise structure with translational main characteristics.Combined with the data and results of modal analysis,the harmonic response analysis of the structure is completed,and the frequency displacement response curves in all directions are obtained.The results show that the structure of the main building does not resonate with the equipment on it.The structure of the main building is optimized,with the four dimensions of H section as the design variable and the minimum total volume of steel as the objective function,the optimization mathematical model is established.The optimization results show that the optimized structure reduces the mass under the condition of stiffness and strength,reduce the amount of steel.
