| With the convening of the 19 th National Congress,China has proposed a strategy of moving from a major transportation country to a powerful transportation country and vigorously promoting the priority development of green transportation.According to the statistics of the Ministry of Communications,the recycling rate of waste asphalt pavement materials in China is less than 30%,compared with 90% of the recycling rate of waste materials in developed countries,and the pollution problems of traditional asphalt mixing factorys are relatively serious.In the more remote areas where environmental protection requirements are more relaxed,this does not fundamentally solve the environmental pollution problem.Therefore,under such development requirements,the construction of an environmentally friendly asphalt pavement material recycling factory has become an inevitable requirement for accelerating the construction of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.In the process of building an environmentally friendly asphalt pavement material recycling factory,how to carry out the regeneration factory layout is an inevitable problem.This paper focuses on the layout of the recycling factory and how to optimize the layout of the recycling factory.The following research is carried out:Firstly,through the analysis of the existing environmental problems in the traditional mixing station,the concept of building an asphalt pavement material recycling factory was proposed.For the construction of an environmentally-friendly recycling factory,the layout of the traditional asphalt mixing factory is optimized by rationally dividing the functional zones in the recycling factory,analyzing the correlation of each functional zone,and rationally arranging the positions of the subsystems in the production processing zone.Improve the existing environmental problems.Secondly,according to the system layout design theory(SLP),the correlation between each functional interval is analyzed,and the layout of the overall functional area based on SLP is developed.In the process of establishing the layout optimization model,the maximum comprehensive relationship and material transportation distance are respectively used for each functional interval.The minimum is the target,and combined with the relevant constraints that the functional areas do not overlap each other,and each functional area is arranged in the same plane,an optimization model conforming to the overall layout of the regeneration factory is established,and the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the model.Later,when conducting research on the layout of production and processing areas,combined with the actual topography of the southwestern region,it was proposed to consider the two types of situation: flat layout and platform layout.1 In the study of the production processing zone under the condition of flat layout,considering the factors of height limitation,two layout schemes are obtained: one is to consider only the layout scheme obtained by using the above-ground space;the other is to consider the comprehensive utilization of the above-ground space.And the layout scheme of the underground space.When conducting the layout study of the production processing zone on the platform of the platform,considering the undulation of the platform,the undulations are arranged into one step or two steps to obtain two layout schemes.Combining the characteristics of the two types of schemes,the appropriate evaluation indicators are selected to establish the horizontal evaluation of the flat and platform schemes based on the TOPSIS method and the fuzzy comprehensive longitudinal evaluation model based on the grey correlation degree.Finally,combined with the actual case,the layout research theory of this paper is applied to the construction of the planned land recycling factory in Jiangjin Industrial Park.The relevant evaluation method is used to select the optimal plan suitable for planning the plot,thus providing practical facilities for the construction of the regeneration factory in the southwest region. |
