This article is based on special terrain,geological and hydrological conditions of the Three Gorges reservoir area,combining the advantages of large structural rigidity,good overall stability,and simple and convenient construction of steel pipe truss and gravity caisson,puts forward a new type of fabricated wharf structure,and the characteristics of working and structure characteristics are studied,the main results are as follows:(1)The new wharf adopts a composite structure of steel pipe truss-caisson foundation,which has the advantages of high degree of overall assembly.The existing construction technology of caisson airbag delivery and steel pipe truss integral hoisting and splicing can meet the construction requirements of the new wharf.The strength requirements of the connection points of the upper and lower structures can be guaranteed by using embedded column legs.Therefore,the new wharf is a feasible wharf structure.(2)Through the analysis of the safety and stability of the upper steel pipe truss structure of the new wharf,we can see that the maximum stress value and the maximum displacement value of each member of the truss structure can meet the current specification requirements.The loading of the wharf surface and ship loads in the design high water level have the greatest influence on the force state of the wharf structure.The safety and stability check results of the underpart gravity caisson show that the anti-dump and anti-slip stability of the caisson foundation can meet the current requirements.If eigenvalue of foundation bearing capacity in the project site is less than481 kPa,measures need to be taken to reinforce the foundation to meet the bearing capacity requirements of the foundation bed.(3)On the basis of the preliminary structure,three optimization and improvement schemes for the upper steel pipe truss structure are proposed by using finite element analysis.Through comprehensive comparison,that the improved scheme 2 structure is relatively simple,structure and deformation extreme value of minimum volume,better overall stress state,the most obvious optimization effect,therefore,the improved scheme 2 as a recommendation.(4)In combination with the first phase wharf project of xinsheng district,zhongxian district,chongqing port,a comparative analysis is made between thestructural scheme of the new type wharf with the vertical frame wharf and it shows that:the structure type of the new wharf is more concise,the stress state of each member is better,and the type of working condition that plays a controlling role is less.The average cost per meter of the new wharf structure scheme is slightly higher,but its modular assembly construction process makes the new type wharf construction more simple and fast.Therefore,the steel pipe truss-caisson foundation fabricated wharf structure is a kind of wharf structure which can adapt well to the complex conditions of the Three Gorges reservoir area,and it has the promotion and application value.
