The open internal space in modern public buildings normally refers to both the openupper space and lower space. The open upper space needs a large span roof, while the openlower space requires the transfer structure.Based on the structure design of Xi’an Qujiang International Congress Center (XQICC),the study of this paper focuses on two aspects of the design: the transfer truss structure andthe prestressed cable structure.(1) With the comparison of different conversion models (soild-web beams transfer andtruss transfer) and analysis of stress characteristics of transfer trusses with differentarrangement of web members, a40m span steel-reinforced concrete transfer truss is adoptedin this structure. And the design of the transfer truss is introduced in details.(2) On the basis of the stress characteristics of cable structure, the cable structure inXQICC is nonlinearly analyzed with the consideration of large deformation and P-Δ effect.And by studying on the deformation performance of the cable structure and its coordinatedworking performance with other structure members of the roof, the selection of cablestructure is decided.Based on the research contents mentioned above, the following conclusion andachievements are obtained by means of calculation and analysis:(1) As for the design of complex building with steel roof and concrete main struturebelow, the whole spatial model should be adopted to consider the interaction and the mutualinfluence between the upper steel roof and the lower concrete main struture.(2) Compaired with soild-web beams transfer, truss transfer is more suitable for transfer structure with large span as adopted in XQICC.(3) The stress characteristics of four transfer trusses with different arrangement of webmembers are summarized.(4) Design suggestions of concrete shear wall, which is used as support structure of steelreinforced concrete transfer truss, are put forward.(5) In various load cases, the deformation differences of the connecting parts between thecable structure and the adjacent truss structure in XQICC is significantly existed, which isuncoordinated.(6) The lengths and section size of the truss members are bigger enough that theinfluence of temperature stress in the main truss should not be ignored in the design of thesteel truss.The research results of this paper will supply references for the similar projects withtransfer structure and large span structure. |
