| Over the recent years, thermal power is developing rapidly,Thermal power installed capacity accounts for more than 80% of the total installed capacity of power generation. However,in the same time the rapid development of thermal power is facing a series of risk, such as policy changes risk.Thermal power connected to grid is difficult.Technical level of equipment needs to be improved.Thermal power project managers need to focus on project risk management, implementing risk assessment, risk response and other risk management activities to enhance the level of project risk management, and to further protect the smooth implementation of the project,in order to meet project expectations. This thesis analyzed and summarized the potential risk factors of thermal power projects based on analysis and study of the characteristics of thermal power projects and risk management theories, and then established a thermal power project risk evaluation index system.According to the gray characteristics of thermal power projects risk,we proposed thermal power project risk assessment method based on Entropy and Grey Relational Analysis. Finally,we elaborated related concepts of risk response, introduced the risk response strategy and plans and risk monitoring, proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to control thermal power project key risk. This research is a beneficial discussion on applying risk management theory in thermal power project, for thermal power project risk management to be quantified, scientific and standardization direction has positive role.It can supply decision su pport for thermal power project investment companies, promote thermal power investment decision-making scientific and reasonable, reduce the risk of decision-making,guarantee the healthy development of thermal power industry. In these respects,it shows great theoretical value and practical significance. |
