Research On Engineering Risk Management Of Offshore Wind Power Generation Project

Nowadays,the global warming energy crisis has become an urgent problem to be solved.Countries are also constantly looking for new energy methods.Wind resources have large reserves,wide distribution,good cleanliness and strong reproducibility have been widely concerned by the energy community.Wind power generation emerges as the times require.Up to now,wind power generation technology is relatively mature and the cost of obtaining resources has become the first choice for countries to replace the current energy structure.With the increasing installed capacity of onshore wind power,offshore wind power has become the object of competitive investment,but there is no small difference between offshore wind power and onshore wind power,and the risks of its projects are also relatively large,so offshore wind power Project risk management is also on the agenda.In this paper,the risk management of offshore wind power is taken as the research object,on the basis of the relevant theories of risk management,taking the FJXHW offshore wind power project as the actual case,the risk situation and risk type of offshore wind power project are analyzed in an all?round way,and six kinds of risk sources and 19 kinds of risk factors are identified according to the risk identification of the project.Through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and expert scoring method,the risk evaluation of FJXHW offshore wind power project is carried out,and the risk index of the project is analyzed,and the risk grade is divided.It is found that the change of government support policy for wind power industry and the safety of construction operation belong to the serious risk grade,and the others are all medium.If the risk is graded,the risk of the comprehensive evaluation project is higher.In view of this situation,in order to improve the market income of the project and reduce its risk,starting from the various risks that have been judged,some targeted control measures are given to ensure the smooth development of the project.This study provides some reference for the risk management of offshore wind power projects and plays a certain role in promoting the construction of offshore wind.
