Liquid storage structures are widely used in nuclear power,petroleum,chemical and other industries,but once it is damaged by the earthquake,it will produce extremely serious consequences,which will not only cause significant economic losses but also cause serious secondary disasters.The interaction between liquid and vessel wall in liquid storage device under earthquake load is a strong nonlinear fluid-solid coupling problem,and its seismic research has always been an important subject in the field of nuclear power.The supporting methods of liquid storage devices are suspension type,vertical type,horizontal type,etc.In this paper,the reactor pressure vessel in nuclear power field is taken as the background,to research the dynamic response of suspension storage device under seismic load.Through the investigation of a large number of documents,the development of multi physics coupled simulation is systematically summarized.Based on ANSYS software,APDL program is compiled by using strong coupling calculation method.Modal analysis and transient dynamic analysis of suspended liquid storage device are carried out.The following three aspects are mainly researched:(1)The development of multi physics coupling simulation is reviewed.(2)Using ANSYS software and ADPL program,nine kinds of liquid storage structures with different shapes(circular,square)and different diameter-to-height ratios were established,and 27 working conditions including no liquid,water,lead and bismuth were analyzed respectively.The natural frequency distribution of different topological liquid storage structures and the influence of different liquid storage media on the basic modes of liquid storage devices are compared and analyzed.(3)Taking RG1.60 X seismic wave as load spectrum,the transient dynamic analysis of circular and square cylindrical liquid storage structures with diameter-height ratios of 0.3,0.5,0.7 and 0.9,and different liquid storage states(water and lead-bismuth)were carried out.The dynamic response laws of the two kinds of liquid storage structures were obtained.The displacement response,velocity response,acceleration response,displacement response of side wall under different working conditions and stress response distribution at the bottom of the liquid storage structure are compared and analyzed.
