With the continuous development of the industrialized process on the assembly house and the successively implementation of the relevant national policies,the assembly house will face more challenges with the feature of more large-scale and complicated projects in the future.In view of the construction technology of the assembly building are different from the traditional construction methods,its whole construction process is more in line with the green development.It has the advantages of faster speed on production and the ability of industrial production.But in terms of how to balance high cost and various comprehensive indexes and how to effectively control the quality of the project,these aspects both are the important issues for us to study.Based on the inspiration from the characteristics of assembly building industrialization and mechanized production,this paper attempts to adopt a comprehensive target control scheme taking the construction reliability as the control theory for the first time.Therefore,it is important to study the construction system reliability of the assembly house deeply,which plays an important role in guaranteeing the quality and safety of the assembly building and promoting the green development of the building industry.The main works are as follows:(1)In view of the characteristics of assembly house construction,the construction system reliability is analyzed.First,a large number of construction plan and data of assembly houses are collected.Then the influence factors of the construction technology and its influence degree on the construction system reliability are analyzed in detail.Target reliability of each construction subsystem is obtained by selecting corresponding method.Next according to the construction process flow chart,the reliability and logical relationship among each construction technology is analyzed.Last based on the above analysis,the construction reliability block diagram is drawn and solved.(2)Aiming at the basic algorithm in the process of solving high-dimensional complex problems,the TLBO algorithm easy to fall into local optimum,premature loss population diversity characteristics,the information entropy is used to improve the teaching factor,the basic algorithm can adaptively adjust the size of teaching factor.(3)After analyzing the relationship between the four major goals,this paper first build basic hypothesis conditions based on the actual situation of the assembly construction project and basic relationship model.Then the multi-objective collaborative optimization model for prefabricated housing is set up by using the above results.At the end of this paper,the feasibility of this study is verified by an example of an assembly construction project.The selected TLBO algorithm also obtained the better results in the process of solving the model.The research direction provides a new method for the selection of the assembly project construction,which provides a new idea for the application of TLBO algorithm in the engineering field.
