With the rapid development of economy,manufacturing enterprises are developing rapidly.In order for enterprises to take a favorable position in the competitive market,achieving a assembly mode of low-cost and efficient production is a priority for manufacturing enterprises.Because of the flexibility and variability of assembly process,man is a necessary element of assembly operation,the complexity of operation also brings many uncontrollable abnormal factors to assembly activities,so assembly is usually one of the important links leading to the increase of manufacturing cost.Firstly,this paper analyzes the complexity factors of assembly,and discusses the the complexity characteristics of assembly manufacturing,which is dynamic,unbalance and diversity.Secondly,according to the complexity characteristics of assembly manufacturing system,combing the complexity factors,adopt the way of modular to analyze the flat car assembly manufacturing system,set the assembly layer of 5 core module,the assembly relation of 13 module,and the dynamic control model which contain six parallel module,so get a three level of complexity model.Again,according to construction of the complexity model,the essence is divided into static and dynamic measurement of model complexity,use the way of information entropy and the process of legal procedure to measure the module complexity of assembly layer,combine information entropy with assembly relationship form to measure the module complexity of assembly relation,use information entropy and dynamic process to measure the abnormal dynamic process,and get the dynamic deviation.Finally,according to the measurement result,proposed optimization analysis can be quantified and apply it to flat car assembly manufacturing system,in this way reduces the assembly layer complexity of 13.2bit,reduce the assembly relation complexity of 5.854 bit,dynamic process complexity reduced 0.266 bit,dynamic shift rate is also significantly reduced,thus proving that the flat car assembly manufacturing system complexity measure model is effective and practical.
