In recent decades,with the rapid development of highway construction in China,asphalt pavement has gradually become the most important form of pavement structure.The traditional paving technology in the construction has the problem of the contamination of the adhesive layer oil,while the synchronous spreading technology is the product function characteristic of the asphalt concrete paver and the asphalt spreader,which can be effectively solved.This is a problem.At present,synchronous paving technology is mainly used in the maintenance and construction of ultra-thin wear layer,its working efficiency is high,and it is popularized to the construction of ordinary asphalt concrete.It can not only simplify the construction process,improve the quality of construction,but also avoid the pollution problem of the sticky oil.The construction is very necessary.On the basis of the mature spread spreading technology,the paper puts forward the application of the asphalt spraying system on the conventional paver equipment,and the requirements of the multi overlapping sprinkler spraying to reach the vertical and horizontal uniformity.The energy of the diesel atomization can be transferred to the flat plate,and the atomization of the diesel can be better.To help fuel fine molecules contact with oxygen to improve fuel efficiency greatly;in the process of studying the bonding force of modified hot bitumen,the mole Kulun criterion was used.Through the test,the effect of temperature on the adhesive properties of modified hot bitumen was revealed.There was a best spraying amount under different temperature conditions,and the bonding force was analyzed.By comparing the strength performance of the adhesive layer material under different mixture,the epoxy bitumen has high performance,and the economic cost and the cost performance are better.Therefore,epoxy asphalt is selected as the synchronous paving mixture under the construction of the adhesive layer oil material,and the root according to the strength test of the mixture ratio test determines the most.Good mixing ratio(epoxy resin,curing agent,emulsified asphalt =16%: 4%: 80%),and confirmed that the best oil content of bonding layer is 0.8kg/m2.The design of pavement structure is compared with the actual construction,and it is pointed out that the actual pavement structure layer is stratified construction,it is easy to produce temperature segregation to asphalt concrete,so the temperature of paving mixture should be strictly controlled.Through the careful observation of the actual paving construction process,it is found that the asphalt concrete material transportation in the process of transporting the asphalt concrete material to the paver hopper will be complicated by the transportation of asphalt concrete material in the process of transportation,which will affect the smoothness of the asphalt concrete surface,because the process of asphalt concrete paving can not be idealized continuously.The evenness of the asphalt concrete is bound to affect the smoothness of the asphalt concrete.In view of the problems existing in the actual construction,some countermeasures such as strengthening the field control and using the double layer paver are put forward.In order to make epoxy bitumen reach the spraying temperature quickly,and not because the temperature is too high on the adhesive property,the epoxy bitumen capacity is improved,and the heating equipment is improved in the same time.It will not be heated unevenly,and can control the temperature to be sprinkled at the same time;in addition,the adhesive performance of the nozzle is not affected by external factors by improving the nozzle and improving the ratio monitoring.
