| As an excellent pavement material,epoxy asphalt concrete has been paved on more and more large bridge.However, epoxy asphalt concrete paving on steel bridge deck requires strict quality control,the traditional quality control methods can not guarantee the quality stability of the pavement. It is necessary to study the process quality control methods, to improve pavement construction management level.To analysis the process characteristics of paving epoxy asphalt concrete steel bridge deck,this paper compares the American construction technology with Japanese construction technology. epoxy asphalt concrete steel bridge pavement diseases include early disease and operation period damage,and early disease reason is mainly due to quality control problem.In early diseases,deceased material,fishtail crack,bleeding,longitudinal joint seepage,bulge and irregular crack are the five major problems,whose causes are discussed separately. Research indicates that paving epoxy asphalt concrete steel bridge pavement is a small batch production process, and it's quality control requirement is very strict,which are the main difficulty.AHP and Pareto Diagram are applied to research the process control indexs of paving epoxy asphalt concrete steel bridge deck.By the two methods,a conclusion is drawn that the epoxy asphalt mixture paving temperatur, mixture oil-stone ratio , and key sieve passing percentage are the key indicators of process control, that Marshall stability is an important indicator of process control,and that compactness, paving thickness, flatness and so on are general indicators of process control.Then the thesis researchs the methods of process quality control. For small batch production process quality control ,the thesis analysises the (X|-)-R chart, (X|-)-S chart, X-Rs chart, (X|~) -R chart,four Shewhart charts, Cusum chart and EWMA chart,points out their applicable condition and deficiencies,and they don't apply to the process quality control of paving epoxy asphalt concrete steel bridge pavement. According to taguchi quality loss function,the paper improve the lookout mesh value index small batch production precontrol chart,and propose a process method of oil-stone ratioand key sieve passing percentage, the key indicators. Research suggests to use mixture time - temperature performance curve to control paving temperature in whole process,and apply layering method and causal anasysis chart to control Marshall stability,the important indicator.This paper applies process quality control technology to epoxy asphalt concrete steel bridge pavemen engineering example, to demonstrates the effectiveness and wide applicability of these methods. In the end,the author emphasizes that process quality control must have corresponding technical ,economic, organizational and management guarantees. |
