Analysis Of Factors Affecting Construction Quality Of Hot Mix Epoxy Steel Bridge Deck Pavement And Research On Improvement Mode

China is in the peak period of long-span bridge construction.The rapid and high-quality development of bridge construction has become an important cornerstone of the strategy of building a transportation power.As one of the important components of the bridge,steel deck pavement directly reflects the service level of the bridge and is closely related to the safety of the bridge deck system and even the bridge structure.Epoxy asphalt steel bridge pavement structural materials have good fatigue durability,high temperature and heavy load bearing capacity.Since the introduction of Nanjing second bridge,it has gradually become one of the most mainstream pavement schemes in China.Epoxy asphalt can be divided into medium-temperature mixing epoxy asphalt and hot-mix epoxy asphalt according to mixing temperature.Since 2011,the pavement application of hot-mix epoxy asphalt is more and more widely,while the application of warm-mix epoxy asphalt is relatively reduced.The production,spreading and rolling processes of hot-mixed epoxy asphalt are complicated,which make the construction quality of hot-mixed epoxy steel bridge deck pavement difficult to control.The main research work and contents are as follows.In order to effectively improve the construction quality of hot mix epoxy steel deck pavement,this paper preliminarily studies and analyzes the factors affecting the construction quality of hot mix Epoxy Steel Deck Pavement by using the literature research method,Delphi method,case analysis method,WBS analysis method and AHP analytic hierarchy process,and sorts the comprehensive weights of each quality factor.A three-stage quality control model based on QC team is established.For the construction process of hot mixed epoxy steel deck pavement,it is divided into three stages: pre stage,in-process stage and post process stage.The in-depth research and analysis of the construction quality improvement mode of hot mixed epoxy steel deck pavement are also carried out from the definition stage,analysis stage,improvement stage and control stage.Firstly,the data analysis software is used to analyze and process the test data,and then the depth analysis is carried out from six perspectives of man,machine,material,method,ring and measurement to find out the key factors affecting the construction quality of hot-mix epoxy steel bridge deck pavement.The results show that the heating temperature of the screed,the running speed of the paver,and the selection of the leveling equipment are the three key factors that affect the construction quality of the hot-mix epoxy steel bridge deck pavement.Based on this,the corresponding targeted improvement mode is proposed to improve the first acceptance rate of hot mix epoxy steel deck pavement.In order to realize the continuous quality improvement of hot-mix epoxy steel bridge deck pavement,this paper constructed a three-stage quality control model based on QC team to implement the corresponding quality improvement mode,and investigated,tested and accepted the construction quality of hot-mix epoxy steel bridge deck pavement with the quality improvement mode.The pavement quality qualification rate after the implementation of the quality improvement mode is compared with the target value,which further verifies the rationality and effectiveness of the quality improvement mode constructed above.Based on the engineering examples,the construction quality improvement mode of hot-mix epoxy steel bridge deck pavement is improved.This paper is based on theory,put into practice,and adhere to the unity of theory and practice.On the premise of being familiar with the construction quality management theory of hot mixed epoxy steel deck pavement,they entered the construction site for investigation.In the process of practice,we continuously accumulate experience,on the one hand,to test the rationality and effectiveness of the improvement model;On the other hand,continuous improvement and refinement of the improvement mode.It can not only provide theoretical and technical support for the company’s future projects,but also provide certain reference value for similar industries.
