Residual current is the electrical current that is caused by grounding short circuit due to the aging of electrical insulation coating.This current can easily lead to electrical fire and cause huge loss of lives and property.In the majority of countryside where residual current accidents occur frequently,the existing residual current protection devices are difficult to set threshold,difficult to locate fault points,and so on,which bring security risks to the daily life of local farmers.It is also a great threat to the reliable and stable operation of the rural network.Accordingly,a new type of residual current early warning protection device is studied,which combines smart terminal of mobile phone with the traditional current protection device.Wireless technology can be used to detect the warning of residual current.The device includes three parts:residual current collector,centralized processor and mobile terminal monitoring software.The data collector takes PIC 16F1824 single chip computer as the core control and designs the corresponding peripheral module circuit according to the demand to realize the collection and transmission of the residual current data.The centralized processor takes the Atmega644p single chip computer as the controller,which receives the fault data from all the collectors in the station area through the ZigBee module and integrates the data processing.Then the data is sent directly to the mobile phone monitoring terminal through the Bluetooth.The communication network between the residual current collector and the centralized processor adopts ZigBee wireless transmission technology and is based on the IEEE 802.15.4 protocol.The DRF1607H module is used as the core control,the MESH network topology is adopted,and the data is transmitted interactively in the polling mode.The software design,based on Bluetooth communication technology of Android platform,of the residual current monitoring terminal is completed.With the help of Eclipse development tools,the functions of registration login,device scanning,data query and parameter configuration can be realized.Registration login can correspond the farmer information to the collector number.The fault point can be located automatically,the data query can be realized not only by numbered query but also by real-time query,and the parameter configuration can adjust the retransmission ratio of data and set the alarm threshold.The communication between monitoring software and data processor is based on IEEE802.15.1 protocol,taking HC-05 chip as the core of control and setting AT instructions to transmit data in slave states.After the completion of the system debugging,networking and product processing,the on-site inspection and operation has been conducted.The actual tests in the power supply area indicate that the intelligent detection device of residual current can accurately warn fault information,inquire and locate fault points.The advantages of the system are convenient networking,high early warning reliability,low cost and so on.
