The development of today's society can not be separated from energy.Fossil fuels,as the pillar of energy,are gradually exhausted,and the pollution problems caused by their applications have also aggravated the environmental problems.In recent years,solar energy has become a popular option for people to develop green new energy.First of all,the transverse photoelectric effect and the photoelectric position sensor-PSD based on this principle are explained.The idea of using PSD as photosensitive device of sunlight sensing tracking system is put forward.According to the local weather conditions in Harbin,the index of the sun sensing tracking system is designed,and the external structure of the PSD sensor is added to meet the needs of the sensing system.After the completion of the structure design,the light intensity signal and the position signal error of the sensing system are verified.The signal processing circuit of PSD sensor is introduced.After introduces the principle of photovoltaic power generation technology,the tracking power equipment can effectively improve the utilization rate of solar energy photovoltaic cell was analyzed;the sun sensor tracking system to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency and the commonly used sun tracking method for photovoltaic power generation system is introduced,and put forward a kind of intelligent tracking system according to the different tracking mode of the environment,to determine the time and weather conditions to adopt a reasonable way to realize the sun tracking.On the basis of photoelectric tracking,the hardware structure and software flow of the tracking system are explained.In order to further increase the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation,this paper also studies the maximum power point tracking technology,analyzes the principle and classification of the technology,explains the advantages and disadvantages of different methods,and also optimizes the widely used disturbance observation method.The results of perturbation observation method are verified by the sunlight tracking system to judge the external light intensity,so that the traditional method is improved.The commonly used hardware circuit of the maximum power point tracking technology is designed,and the components are selected to meet the practical requirements;the software flow is briefly described,and the mechanism of the process and its role in the algorithm are explained..Finally,the sunlight tracking system is simulated.The results show that the response rate and stability of the system are improved significantly after optimization.Through experiments,the optimized tracking system can improve the conversion efficiency by 36%,and the system is stable and effective.
