In recent years,with the frequent occurrence of urban waterlogging disasters,people gradually realize that it is difficult to solve the urban waterlogging problem fundamentally by simply relying on the construction of large-scale rain water pipe and canal system.In this paper,through the investigation and analysis of the frequent waterlogging areas in urban roads,combined with the characteristics and laws of the Urban Road Waterlogging,the design techniques and methods of urban road design for reducing the occurrence of waterlogging are put forward,starting with the layout of the emission reduction facilities and the road geometric design.In view of the problem of water logging in the city with excessive rainfall,the road geometric design method for reducing the waterlogging is proposed by controlling the two indexes of the depth and speed of the road,and the drainage capacity of the city road is checked.In order to prevent the occurrence of road rain and flood disaster,the Manning formula is used to calculate the width of different lane,the transverse slope of the road arch and the maximum slope of the road under the water depth condition,which provides the reference for the design of the road for the popular vent passage of the ground diameter when the road is over the standard rainfall.In the aspect of urban road cross section design,the selection of road arch form and slope gradient under different longitudinal slope conditions is proposed through the analysis of the drainage efficiency of the road sewerage.Through the optimized design of the layout and cross section of the urban road outlet,the water area of the road with a longitudinal slope less than 0.3% is solved.Based on the theory of low impact development,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the source reduction facilities for the prevention of crossing rainwater and the increase of rainwater infiltration,and according to the characteristics of all kinds of source emission reduction facilities,the rainwater infiltration facilities,transmission facilities and adjustment of different width of the road.The layout of the storage facilities was optimized.In order to improve the efficiency of urban road drainage and give full play to the drainage capacity of pipe and canal,the optimization layout scheme of drainage pipe and drainage pipe network is put forward,and the rationality and feasibility of the scheme are verified by theoretical calculation.Finally,based on the example of urban road construction,the paper analyzes and studies the frequent waterlogging road in Qing xi River Road in Chongqing,and puts forward some suggestions to adjust the longitudinal slope of the road,change the layout of the road drainage cloth and reduce the waterlogging,and suggest that the crossing channel,the interconnected overpass area and the road are put forward.Both sides of the road are equipped with emission reduction facilities at the source to speed up the infiltration of rainwater and prevent the occurrence of transboundary rainwater.On this basis,the SWMM software is used to calculate the parameters of the water depth,flow velocity and pavement runoff before and after the transformation,and it is found that the road after the transformation can achieve obvious effect in reducing the waterlogging.
