From the point of view of the heat balance and energy quality of the engine,in the total heat produced by the combustion of fuel in the engine cylinder,the energy of the exhaust gas takes up 30%~40%,and the energy utilization potential of the exhaust gas is very high.Using exhaust gas energy to generate exhaust gas turbine is a new way to save energy and reduce emissions.In order to design and build diesel engine exhaust turbine power generation system,first of all,the matching research of power turbine is carried out for a certain type of natural gas suction diesel engine,and J56G-2 type power turbine is selected.Secondly,through the diesel engine power turbine joint working condition test,the high-speed permanent magnet generator is selected to determine the type of the gear reducer with straight tooth cylindrical gear,and the parameter size of the deceleration transmission mechanism is calculated,and the design and selection of the components of the diesel engine exhaust turbine power generation system are completed.At the same time,the lubrication mode of power turbine,gear and bearing is determined,the lubricating oil path of the power turbine is designed,the gear is lubricated by the oil soaking method,and the grease is selected to lubricate the bearing.Finally,the diesel engine exhaust gas turbine power generation system is tested,and according to the experimental data,the variation of the output power of the generator under different working conditions is studied.At the same time,the diesel engine and diesel engine waste are analyzed from the fuel consumption rate,fuel consumption and the angle degree of the diesel engine output power growth rate.The economic comparison between gas turbine power generation systems.Finally,in view of the exhaust gas turbine power generation system of diesel engine,the efficiency of the exhaust energy recovery system is studied.It is found that the power and voltage of the generator begin to work at the point of(1800r/min,30% load),and the output power of the generator increases linearly with the increase of the speed and load of the diesel engine,but the increase rate of the output power of the diesel engine is gradually reduced.At low speed and low load condition,the output power of generator is low and the minimum value is 2.90 W.When high speed and high load condition,the output power of the generator is higher and the maximum value is up to 776.76 W.Under the experimental conditions,the power growth rate of the system increases linearly with the increase of the load and speed of the diesel engine.And at the 2200r/min~2400r/min speed,the growth rate of the system's power growth rate reaches the maximum.At the same time,the fuel consumption rate of the turbine power generation system is lower than that of the diesel engine in the original test under the same test conditions,and the fuel consumption rate decreases by 31.02% at the 30% load condition,especially when the speed is 2400r/min,the decrease is up to the maximum value of 36.60%;in the(2600r/min,60% load)operating point.The maximum net energy recovery is 769.00WAt the same speed,the total energy efficiency of the diesel engine exhaust turbine power generation system basically increases first and then decreases with the increase of load.When the speed is 1800r/min,2000r/min and 2600r/min,the total energy efficiency increases first and then decreases from 30% to 60%,and the maximum value is reached in the middle load area.However,when the diesel engine speed is 2200r/min,the total energy efficiency increases with the increase of the diesel engine load.When the speed is 2400r/min,the total energy efficiency shows the opposite trend when the speed is 2200r/min,and the total energy efficiency decreases with the increase of the load.At the same load,the total energy efficiency increases with the speed increase from 1800r/min to 2400r/min,and the total energy efficiency reaches the peak value at 2400r/min.When the speed is higher than 2400r/min,the total energy efficiency begins to decrease with the speed.Therefore,the total energy efficiency increases first and then decreases under the same load.On the whole,the total energy efficiency of the diesel engine exhaust turbine generation system is optimal under the test conditions,the average total energy efficiency is 5.845% and the maximum is 6.913%.
