In recent years,prestressed technology has been widely used in bridges in China,But due to the traditional prestressed construction process depends on manual operation,construction quality is difficult to guarantee,Therefore,this paper analyzes the existing prestressed concrete bridge disease characteristics,causes of disease,At the same time,through summing up the shortcomings of traditional prestressed tensioning and pipe grouting,And through the introduction of intelligent prestressed construction technology and its comparison and test analysis,reflect the prestressed intelligent tensioning and intelligent grouting technology superiority,Finally,through the application of the intelligent prestressed construction technology in the actual engineering,the practicability and economy of the intelligent prestressed tensioning and intelligent grouting technology in practical engineering are tested.The work done and the results obtained are as follows:First of all,through the analysis of the main diseases of the prestressed concrete bridge,it is found that the main diseases of the prestressed bridge are dominated by the crack problem and the continuous deflection of the beam.The main causes of the prestressed concrete bridge diseases are related to the external load and the natural environment,the prestress failure,the grouting density,the material problems,the design and construction,and so on.The main reason lies in the prestress of the bridge and the unqualified grouting of the pipe.In the actual bridge prestressed construction,only strengthen the prestressed tensioning and pipe grouting construction quality control,in order to ensure the overall construction quality of the beam.Secondly,through the analysis of the traditional prestressed tensioning process,it is kNown that the traditional prestressed tensioning construction has many shortcomings,The tension control error is large,the elongation test is not accurate,and the synchronous tensioning can not be realized.The traditional pipeline grouting also has many problems,the artificial operation error is big,the grouting flow rate and the pressure cannot be better controlled,and the anchor head is easy to leak.Through the introduction of the intelligent prestressed tensioning technology,it can be found that the intelligent tensioning technology is controlled by computer technology,and the loading rate and load time are controlled accurately,and the safety is higher.The intelligent pipe grouting technology has the characteristics of precise control of water binder ratio,automatic adjustment of pressure and flow,precise control of voltage regulation time and automatic recording of grouting data.In addition,through the contrast test between the traditional prestressed tension process and the intelligent prestressed tension process,Through the contrast test between the traditional prestressed tension process and the intelligent prestressed tension process,it is found that the prestressed intelligent tensioning process has higher accuracy and better stability in the tension process.Among them,the tension control accuracy reached 95.9%,the tensile force synchronization accuracy reached 93.3%,and the elongation measurement rate was as high as 96.7%.Are far higher than traditional tensile test data.Through the contrast test between the intelligent pipe jacking technology and the traditional grouting technology,The whole intelligent grouting on the measurement accuracy,measurement accuracy,slurry flow pressure water cement proportion of high precision,at the same time,the traditional process of grouting hole in the pipeline section,compaction grouting is only 64%,while the intelligent grouting section no holes,grouting density reached 100%.Finally,the intelligent prestressed construction technology is applied to the part of the bridge beam project of GuangfoZhao Expressway,the prestress,tension,grouting and the detection of anchor prestress are found.Intelligent prestressed tensioning technology and intelligent grouting technology greatly improved the construction efficiency,but also guaranteed the quality of construction,while reducing production costs,the overall economic benefits are obvious.
