Prestressed tension plays a vital role in the process of prestressed beam production.According to the problems of traditional prestressed tensioning technology such as low tensioning control accuracy,poor synchronization,artificial factors and so on,an intelligent tensioning control system of bridge prestress is designed with automatic control,sensor and wireless communication technology.The system can collect and monitor the tensile force and the elongation of steel strand in real time,and can control the tension construction and the tensioning synchronization automatically and accurately.Firstly,on the basis of the prestressed tensioning construction technical specifications,quality control requirements and functional requirements of system,the general scheme was designed for the intelligent tensioning control system of bridge prestress,consisting of two parts: the slave control system and main control system of intelligent tensioning.Secondly,the hardware was designed for the slave control system and main control system of intelligent tensioning.The slave control system of intelligent tensioning mainly included the minimum system of SCM,the data acquisition module,the execution module,display module and the wireless communication module.The main control system of intelligent tensioning mainly included the minimum system of SCM,power module,memory module,USB interface module,display module,alarm module and the wireless communication module.The AMESim simulation model of system is established from three aspects of the tension load,the inverter motor and the hydraulic system with AMESim simulation software,and the simulation of system was carried out with Open-loop control,Closed-loop control and PID control.According to comparison and analysis of the simulation results,the control accuracy of prestressed tensioning could be effectively improved by PID control method.In prestressed tensioning construction,the research achievements can effectively overcome the shortcomings of traditional tensioning technology and improve the tensioning construction quality,and provide a reference for the further study of prestressed tensioning in the future.
