Because of its high rated pressure,compact structure,high efficiency and convenient flow regulation,the piston pump is widely used in high pressure,large flow and flow need to adjust the occasion,such as hydraulic press,construction machinery and ships,is a very important hydraulic pump.Friction pair is the key part of axial piston pump.It has a decisive influence on the normal operation and service life of the piston pump.The piston-cylinder pair is one of the three friction pairs of the piston pump.Because the groove opening will affect piston-cylinder pair,the distribution of oil film pressure gap flow characteristics,which affects the piston of the axial leakage,has a great influence on the overall performance of piston pump,thus this paper mainly studies different groove parameters influence on piston-cylinder pair of oil film pressure,and to analyze the gaps between the piston and cylinder block flow characteristics,and get the optimal parameters of axial piston pump to low leak high efficiency theory provide technical support.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:1.Conduct kinematic analysis and force analysis on the piston of swashplate axial piston pump,master its force and movement,so as to further understand the displacement,flow and flow pulsation of the piston pump,and then analyze the flow through the piston-cylinder friction pair,so as to provide the necessary theoretical basis for the following analysis of the piston structure.2.3D modeling of the hydraulic system of axial piston pump and simulation analysis of the hydraulic system with AMESim software were conducted to obtain the pressure change of the piston chamber under working conditions.When establishing the hydraulic system model of piston pump,the hydraulic pump should be simplified appropriately.First,the AMESim single piston model is established,and then the model of the whole piston pump is established after proper debugging.The piston chamber pressure change and piston motion formula were programmed and imported into FLUENT using UDF function.Grid division software ICEM was used to divide the grid of operation area,the grid was imported into the solver FLUENT for simulation,and the simulation results were finally processed by the post-processing software CFD-POST.3.Based on the above process for CFD simulation different piston groove structure and proper analysis,mainly studies the input pressure,piston,piston groove depth and groove width different pressure piston groove cross section shape on the characteristics and the influence of the gap flow,and according to the results of the study importance analysis of different parameters of the piston.The simulation results show that the larger the input pressure is,the larger the pressure range is and the larger the gap flow rate is.The greater the width of piston groove,the better the pressure distribution and the greater the gap flow rate.The greater the groove depth,the better the pressure distribution,and the smaller the gap flow.Considering the characteristics of uniform pressure and gap flow comprehensively,the width and depth of 0.9mm and rectangular section groove piston are the best.
