With the continuous progress of human society and the acceleration of industrialization,the demand for energy in various parts of the world has increased sharply.In order to better solve the energy problem,the development of new energy which is different from traditional forms of energy is unstoppable.Wind energy,as an efficient and exploitable energy source,has attracted much attention.As the carrier of wind energy conversion to electric energy,wind turbine generator is necessary to research whether the unit's own technical problems or manufacturing problems exist in the production process.This paper choose the doubly-fed induction wind turbines variable pitch control system as the research object,hope to improve the variable pitch control system,so as to improve the efficiency of wind turbine and power quality.For the current variable pitch control system,the core algorithm adopted is still the conventional PID algorithm,which can basically meet the needs of the unit,but also has many problems.Based on this,a self-tuning PID algorithm based on membrane calculation is proposed to improve the performance of the variable pitch control system and provide guarantee for the stable and reliable operation of the unit.Self-tuning PID algorithm based on membrane computing,is on the basis of the conventional PID,the introduction of calculation model for the membrane,membrane is used to calculate the advantage,improve the speed and accuracy of three PID parameters setting,provide the system with the matching proportion coefficient,integral and differential time.In this paper,the method of combining theory with verification is studied.Firstly,an effective mathematical model is established for the doubly fed asynchronous wind generator.Secondly,the variable pitch control system of the unit is discussed in depth,and the self-tuning PID controller based on membrane calculation is proposed.Then the self-tuning PID controller based on membrane is designed and verified in detail.Finally,based on the mathematical model of the double-fed asynchronous wind generator set,the self-tuning PID controller based on film calculation is simulated and the simulation results are discussed.
