In recent years,new energy which is clean,no pollution and the characteristics of the sustainable utilization attracted the people's attention.Among them,the wind energy and solar power are combined together to form a wind-solar hybrid system which has gradually become the research focus of new energy.In wind-solar hybrid system application,the power output of wind-solar hybrid system is often influenced by load condition,light intensity,temperature and wind speed,which results in the output power unstable.In order to keep wind-solar hybrid system always maintain high output power,a work is very important to design a highly efficient and stable power controller.Most of previous studies in wind-solar hybrid system are based on the horizontal axis wind turbine system.Along with the development of vertical axis wind turbines over the years,the vertical axis wind turbine is more and more getting the attention of people.So the wind-solar power generation controller based on the vertical axis wind turbines is selected as the research object.The small power wind-solar hybrid system based on vertical axis wind turbines has been researched,main work contents are as follows:The overall structure of wind-solar hybrid system has been designed.And according to the requirements of the system control,each module of circuit diagram of system has been designed in Altium Designer software.In view of the power requirements in the system,components in the circuit has been selected.The photovoltaic system and vertical axis wind turbine output characteristic has been analyzed and simulated the process of finding maximum power point of the system with fuzzy algorithm.Circuit board of the controller has been designed with Altium Designer software,and completed the monitoring interface using VB,and tested the controller.The simulation results show that the fuzzy controller which designed in this topic can quickly realize the maximum power point tracking of the system.When the controller was testing,compared with ordinary no maximum power point tracking controller,the test data shows that the controller has the obvious superiority.
