Many construction places in China,vehicles especially engineering vehicles are not convenient to move,and many sites are located in the mountain area.The roads can not go to the gas station normally.The oil tank car or the unit own vehicles are needed to supply oil.In order to facilitate the measurement,it is necessary to install vehicle tanker on refueling car.However,at present,the function of onboard tanker is single and automation is not enough.Therefore,it is particularly important to design a low-cost,safe,intelligent,and convenient automatic tanker.This design is a kind of automatic control system of vehicle tanker based on MCU STM32.It is composed of IC card,computer,single chip microcomputer,communication,electronic information and other interface circuits.It is a mechanical and electronic network refueling system with metering,charging and statistical functions.The Lab VIEW programming is used to develop the information management system of the oil adding machine(including user name,IC password,unit price,oil amount,consumption sum and consumption date etc.)and the operation processing of the user database,can effectively realize the communication of the upper and lower computer,the management of user information and the monitoring of the daily work of the oil adding machine.At the same time,taking into account the technical requirements of the tanker,in order to avoid excessive fuel "over impulse" in the process of refueling,the accuracy of refueling is affected,and a stable and effective flow automatic control should be carried out on the proportional valve in the oil channel.Therefore,this design also carries on the PID automatic control proportional valve flow simulation design through MATLAB.This design is a oiling machine control system designed with STM32 chip as the core of the control board.Through the capture of the output pulse of the vortex flow sensor,it can measure the oil quantity of the oiling machine.From the design of the hardware circuit of the lower computer to the software program design,from the development of the upper computer information management system to the simulation of the oiling machine flow control algorithm,the functions of each electronic component and the chip,the control flow of the software program,the monitoring and management of the user information and the simulation of the self balanced flow control algorithm are introduced in detail.It really realizes the combination of hardware and software.It has the advantages of convenient operation,high accuracy and complete functions.It has strong practical value.
