Chinese books cat How are you going to maximize the reasonable to let the explosion of energy,especially for explosion of energy in accordance with the direction we need to do work is blasting has always attached great importance to research direction,the directional breaking blasting technology is a very good engineering application examples.In order to better realize the directional fracture of the slit drug package,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to further study the mechanism of directional fracture blasting of the slit drug.Based on the theory of blasting mechanics,the stress distribution and fracture forming of the crack were studied.The core and slice processing of the blasting model were analyzed,and the damage and fracture distribution of the section specimens were statistically analyzed,and the formation and expansion of the burst fractures and the ability of directional blasting were analyzed.The blasting model embedded with super dynamic strain gauge gauge under blasting loading signal collection,analysis of the cutting seam cartridge blasting,and the distribution of stress wave propagation characteristics,further study of the cutting seam cartridge directional fracture blasting mechanism.Through the analysis of test results of study show that:(1)The same distance,in the center of the distance from blasting source is the cutting seam pressure peak value is bigger than in other parts of the pressure peak,6 cm in the center of the distance from blasting source location,is the peak stress of cutting seam than cut back seam and the peak stress increased 11%;(2)There is a similar rule for the uncut thin wall drug package and the slit drug package,but the pressure peak of each point under the same test condition is less than the cutting direction of the cutting package;(3)The length and width of a vertical crack,which extends from the hole of the gun to the deep of the gun hole,is much larger than that in other directions;(4)The pressure peak is high in the direction of the main fracture,and the corresponding relationship between the fracture generation and the peak pressure is verified.
