Bilayer Continuously Reinforced Concrete Pavement(Bilayer CRCP) refers to a high-performance cement concrete pavement which configures double continuous longitudinual renforcement and transverse renforcement in the surface layer, and does not configure joints in the process of construction. Paper relys on Wuhan Urban Construction Committee's Item “Under Heavy Load Conditions Bilayer Continuously Reinforced Cement Concrete Pavement's Design and Techology Study”(Item Number:201502) and Wuhan City Highway NO.21 reconstruction project, use embedded stress and strain sensor to collect data at different times, analysis data by methods of mathematical, study Bilayer CRCP's reinforcement stress and concrete strian, the distribution law of transverse crack.The results show that:(1) Increased with the age of concrete, the reforcement stress tension of Bilayer CRCP is rising as a whole, and subject to the law “the lower the ambient temperature, the larger reforcement stress”, “top reinforcement stress is large, bottom reinforcement stress is small; longitudinal reinforcement stress is large, transverse reinforcement stress is small”;(2) Under the condition of temperature load, Bilayer CRCP obey the law “the closer the road edge location, the smaller the reinforcement stress; the closer the minddle of the road,the smaller the reinforcement stress”. Set up Bilayer CRCP stress strain monadic linear regression prediction model and multivariate nonlinear regression prediction model;(3) Under the condition of temperature load, the free end of reforcement maximum utilization rate is 8.7%, the constraint section reforcement utilization rate is 27.9%. Under the condition of vehicle load, the largest reforcement utilization rate is 1.4%.(4) The vehicle load scope: longitudinal is 10 m, its influence is [-5.7, 4.2] Mpa, transverse is 5.25 m, its influence is [-2.4, 1.5] Mpa, and obey the law “the larger the vehicle load, the longer the concrete age, the larger the reinforcement stess”;(5) The construction temperature's effect on early transverse creaks quantity is very large, obey the law “the higher the construction temperature, the more number of cracks” and “the lower the ambient temperature, the more increase in the number of cracks”. Crack spacing of Bilayer CRCP is based on small spacing of 0.3~0.9m. Transverse crack spacing comply with improved Weibull distribution, and the fitting degree is as high as 97%.
