With the improvement of people’s health consciousness,other ways of prevention and treatment are emerging in addition to traditional medicine.Horticultural therapy is one of the new concepts and hot topics that people are paying close attention to nowadays.There have been a lot of reports on the landscape design cases and practical activities of horticultural therapy for the elderly and children or ordinary workers,but few reports have been reported on the landscape theory and design of horticultural therapy for campus teachers and students.On the basis of the previous theory of horticultural therapy and the case of rehabilitation landscape,this study took the flower base of Huazhong Agricultural University as an example,tried to carry out the design of the rehabilitative landscape,and carried out the research and analysis of the landscape design sites and practical exercises,taking the practical exercises designed and participated by themselves as an example.The results of the study are as follows:1 Location and status analysis: the existing sites are plant material repository for gardening,gardening,gardening,forest,tea and other specialties of gardening,gardening,gardening,gardening and garden design.From the perspective of horticultural therapy and gardening experience,a flower shed is selected as the base of the design,and the preliminary assessment is made.It has the use of sensory experience in plants and sheds.The statistical analysis shows that there are more than200 greenhouse plants,and the greenhouse is an ordinary simple plastic structure with general environmental control ability,and the matrix is a mixed matrix with different proportions of peat and river sand,which is different from plant species,and the local soil is used as a common rot leaf soil.2 Reform and design of the existing site: Based on the theory of natural treatment as a guide,taking the attention and preference of teachers and students as reference in the ordinary import and export places,through the analysis of the ordinary performance and psychological needs of the crowd,the suggestions for the reconstruction of landscape space and the activities of rehabilitation exercises are carried out.In themeantime,taking into account the different needs of different groups of people for activities and privacy,the site is divided into five areas,such as rest area,maze corridor area,tactile experience area,meditation area and active area,as the implementation of different people experience or treatment plan.3 The experience scheme of different population stages: On the basis of site design,guided by the theory of psychological pressure mitigation,we put forward four different stress stages,such as "introversion,emotion,initiative and active participation",which are planned to be implemented in different fields.4 Design and analysis of plant selection and practical exercise: On the basis of assessing the existing plants,from the perspective of human sensory experience,the plant aroma,special and strong plants are selected as the reserved objects,and the sensory and tactile stimuli are the main sensory environment.On this basis,we designed rehabilitation exercises and made preliminary analysis of the evaluation results.This research is of theoretical and practical significance for strengthening the cognition of horticultural therapy and promoting physical and mental health of teachers and students on campus.Through building horticultural experience landscape sites and designing practical experience,it provides a new kind of auxiliary decompression environment for teachers and students under the pressure of study and scientific research,and also provides new ways for students and psychology teachers.This research is also a way of physical and mental health and rehabilitation.The social Horticulture Research under the superiority of natural horticulture provides a basic case and reference. |
