Study On Design Strategy Of Horticultural Therapy In Outdoor Rehabilitation Landscape Of General Hospital

With the continuous advancement of the optimization and reform of China’s medical and health service system,the traditional medical mode in general hospitals is seeking to change to a more comfortable and effective treatment mode.Horticulture therapy,as a new adjuvant therapy,has many advantages,such as safety,comfort,economy and effectiveness.However,due to the late start of research on horticultural therapy in China,it is still in the theoretical experimental stage and has not been formally promoted and applied in medical institutions.At the same time,the existing general hospitals in China are mainly planned for high-density medical buildings,and the remaining outdoor space is mainly occupied by the hard pavement serving the traffic function.The green space is only used for decoration,and does not have the function of interaction with patients or auxiliary treatment.This study focuses on general hospitals with strong universality,starts from the preference,willingness and actual needs of patients for different types of horticultural therapy,and takes the existing domestic and foreign studies on horticultural therapy,rehabilitation landscape and other related theoretical hypotheses as the basis.Through field research and personal questionnaire interview,the outdoor rehabilitation scene in general hospital in the city was designed and studied to adapt to horticultural therapy.Study selected the chengde city four,a total of five field investigation in third rate synthetic hospital,using SPSS and Excel software tools through combining qualitative research and quantitative research,in-depth analysis of groups of hospitalized patients with gardening therapy adjuvant treatment of concrete cast form overall willingness and horticultural therapy,the relationship between the According to the research results,from the perspective of adapting to the sensory,interactive and creative types of horticultural therapy,and based on the results of the previous empirical study,a more comprehensive and specific outdoor rehabilitation landscape planning and design strategy adapted to horticultural therapy in general hospitals was put forward.It provides reference for the practical application of horticultural therapy in general hospitals and the improvement design of outdoor rehabilitation landscape in terms of functionality and comfort.
