The rapid development of economy and the process of urbanization have led to the change of social interest structure,which has led to people’s conflicts of interest and social contradictions,and the issue of fairness has become increasingly prominent.In order to achieve the goal of equalization of public service facilities,fairness becomes an important index of public service facilities in the planning field.Urban green space is an important green infrastructure,urban security is very important to realize the sustainable development of urban space,and people’s leisure,recreation and the important place,the most important function of both ecological and social culture.However,because of the urban land resource scarcity,the park green space of supply and the demand for green space is often difficult to match,the park green space distribution imbalance and service unfairness phenomenon.Therefore,the allocation efficiency of urban green space resources and people’s fairness need to be further integrated and optimized,so that the public can enjoy the green space to the maximum extent through reasonable space allocation.Current research indicates that the difference of accessibility between space units is an important index of equity evaluation,and the greater the accessibility,the higher the fairness.In fact,the construction of green space can increase the accessibility of people in the park green space,but does not mean that residents enjoy green space can be more fair,accessibility of needs to be characterized by the spatial characteristics,adopt the method of statistics is analyzed by quantitative evaluation to further;Moreover,due to the selection of accessibility evaluation method,the calculation result of accessibility is not combined with the planning index,which is inconvenient for the interpretation of the calculation results,and the guidance meaning of the planning is limited.And,often for single time node expansion,the current evaluation belongs to the category of space-time static evaluation method,is difficult to reflect the urban green space service fairness in the process of urban development dynamic changes relationship;In addition,the main areas of the study were concentrated in first-tier cities such as Beijing and guangzhou,and the research on the fairness of the park green space service in the central region was relatively lacking.Therefore,this article from the perspective of microscopic quantitative analysis,based on the research of accessibility measure,using the GIS spatial analysis method,combining with the principle of two-step floating catchment area(2SFCA),explores the residents enjoy the park green space resources in the main differences of space characteristics,then combining the Gini coefficient and Lorenz curve enjoys the fairness of the state,quantitative analysis of the green land resources and fairness of the diachronic and comparative.The results showed that the 2SFCA is suitable for mobile search service for the park green space to provide data support the fairness of the evaluation,accessibility results can be directly interpreted as residents not only actual available park green land area per capita,and planning indicators directly link,more realistic,facilitate further comparative analysis,and characterization of the space difference of area residents enjoy the park green space research resources;Quantitative measure found by gini coefficient,the area within the park green space distribution is not balanced,park green space service fairness result is not ideal,park green space distribution exist great spatial mismatch,by 2014,about 10%of residents not enjoy the park green space is a public resource,but to enjoy the park green space resources more residents,10%of the population accounts for 43.18%of the park green space resources;Among them,the diachrony comparison of fairness shows that the new round of planning improves the unfairness of the park green space resource service in the main urban park of Wuhan city,and develops in a more equitable direction.In addition to equity synchronic comparison,Hankou district park green space and population distribution in relative matching state,the most fair area into three areas,Hanyang district,and Wuchang district park green space resource allocation is in a state of extreme unfair;The accessibility analysis shows that compared with 2010,the greenfield accessibility in the study area in 2014 is significantly higher,and the area with low accessibility is reduced.Among them,the urban level park has a high level of green space service,but the community level park has a low level of green space service,and the community level park is more scarce than the urban green space resource,and the distribution is more unfair.
